Chapter 37: well let's go!!

i woke up i felt better than last night.... i quietly went down the stairs and i saw Dylan still asleep on the couch.... man maybe he really was tired of taking care of me... so as a thank you i went to the kitchen and started making the both of us breakfast.....

while i was cooking the omelette.. i noticed he woke up..

"hmp~ morning Dylan.... i just made breakfast as a make up... for what you did for me...."

he went to his fridge and took out some orange juice... and he did put it in the table.. he was pretty silent.... what is happening to him? i suddenly felt his arms hugging me on my waist!

"wh-what are you doing Dylan??"

"nothing... i just wanted to do this.."

"are you insane?!?! i'm still cooking here!! i might burn the food!!"

"no problem i will help you..."

he reaches to my hand and helps me cook...

"*sigh* Dylan please... sit down and wait cause i'll be the one who will do the cooking.."

i lowered my voice cause i really don't want a rough morning so.. yeah there..

after that i put the food on the table... and sat down... i felt tensed.... and i don't know why...

as he ate his breakfast.. i started on mine too then suddenly out of the blue...

"Kayla... your cooking is the best!!"

*blushes then looks away*

"then if you want seconds i'll make you seconds"

"okay" he smiled

somehow i felt released from the tension i felt earlier.... hm....

" hey Kayla?"

"yeah?"

"can you make seconds?"

"woah... okay.. sure"

wew he sometimes got a huge appetite.... man....

so i went to the kitchen to make seconds... when i got back at the table i saw a gift at my chair... so i did put the food on the table first and took the gift.. Dylan just kept eating.

when i opened the gift it was a ticket for two to a movie!! and the one i also support... pitch perfect 2!!

"wh-wha?!? Dylan did you... buy this?"

"mhm... as a get well soon gift!!"

"aww thanks Dylan!!"

"well let's get a move on!! the movie starts at 3 so i want to take you somewhere before we start the movie later.."

"uhhm.. okay.."

then he smiled... that heavenly smile of his... i can't forget about it....
