Delilah: "Okay, good to see you again Jenny. Now that we are together again, what should we do next?" She looked at the older women, hoping she had an idea.
Jenny: "We could buy a room, use it to stay a few days, head to a bar and get some drinks- how should I know? We are being hunted so we should keep moving!"
Delilah was taken aback.
Delilah: "But where do we go now?"
Jenny put a hand on her head, thinking as hard as she could.
Jenny: "We need to get the police"
Delilah: "...the police? What good have they done for us? Your son is missing and they never did anything to help!"
Jenny: "My son...how do you know about that?"
Delilah: "It was in the papers."
Jenny: "Well.....I am sure we will find him."
Delilah: "What was his name?"
Jenny: "...Sammy."
Delilah: "Okay, that's good. We have a name. When did he go missing?"
Jenny: "He went missing on Halloween...we were walking down the street, next thing I know, he is missing..."
Delilah: "Sorry to hear that.."
Jenny: "I know.."
The two continued talking about their next move as they went around the town. Hoping to find a way of safety.

The detective looked at the reporter, wondering if the person's name meant anything.
Detective: "Anything about them?"
Peter: "Well not much is know about them, no history or anything."
Detective: "Not even a description?"
Peter: "No."
The detective got his mug of water, drinking it.
Detective: "She might be the one."
Peter: "The one?" He looked at the man at the table.
Detective: "Yes, so many people have gone missing because of some thing that follows them, every Halloween it takes them."
Peter: "Hate to be one of them..."
Detective: "Mhm..question is, what is taking them?"
Peter: "A monster of some kind..?"
Detective: "Monsters don't exist, at least not in a way you think they would. This Delilah Evergreen might be the key to the missing people."
Peter: "What if they aren't.."
Detective: "Then we will keep looking" he said as he got a cigar out and started lighting it.
Outside the building, the sound of footsteps could be heard.
To be continued.
