"What's going on?" Nora asks as she and Elijah walk over to us.
"We don't know yet," Nolan tells her as we stand with the crowd.
"I think the mine collapsed or something," I say as I try to get a better look.
Unsurprisingly I see Henry standing next to some of the cars. I honestly don't know how he does it.
I have a feeling he's going to somehow try to say this is a part of the curse.
"I don't know why everyone's out here," Nora says looking around at the crowd. "I'm only here because my parents wanted to come and see what all the commotion was about."
"Why didn't you just stay home with Paige then?" Nolan asks her.
"Because I know that if I didn't come then something exciting would happen," Nora says as she folds her arms. "Last time I stayed in my house you guys went on a road trip to get Henry's birth mother."
"That was fun." Elijah says.
"Do you think Henry will think this has something to do with the curse?" Nolan asks, looking at me.
"Probably," I tell him as I look over at Henry. "He's going to get himself injured if he's not careful."
"He's smart enough to know to stay away from this." Nora says.
"He's smart," I say, agreeing with Nora. "But he'll do anything to get back at my mom."
"You say that as if you don't," Nolan says laughing. "I'm sure she told you not to come here."
"We're not talking about me," I say as I look at him. "
"I'm surprised your mom is letting Emma help," Elijah says, pointing out that Emma is putting up police tape with Graham.
"She can't really stop her," I tell him. "Graham made Emma a deputy."
"Is he trying to get himself killed," Nora says. "I mean everyone can see him and Emma have something going on and your mom is practically dating him."
"Emma doesn't know half of what goes on in this town." I say as I see Henry get out of my moms car and begin talking to Archie and Emma.
"I don't think anyone does." Elijah says.
I zone out for the rest of the conversation, too focused on trying to think of what Henry's telling Emma and Archie about the curse.
"Do you want to go talk to him," Nolan asks, putting a hand on my shoulder.
"I'll be back in five minutes," I say before I begin walking over to Henry.
I make my way out of the crowd and to where the cars are parked.
When Henry notices me, he waves me over to join their conversation.
"We're talking about operation cobra," Henry says, looking around to make sure nobody's listening in.
I look over at Emma to see if she has anything to add to this but she doesn't say anything.
"What's this got to do with operation cobra?" I ask him.
"Remember that I was saying weird things started happening when Emma showed up," Henry says as he looks at Emma. "What did you do differently today?"
"I got a job at the sheriff's department." Emma says.
"Why would a mine collapse because of that?" I ask, curious to what he thinks this might be.
"I don't know yet," Henry says before he notices my mom walking up to us.
"I told you to wait in the car, Henry," My mom tells him. "Bella go with him, you're not meant to be here either."

"Is your mom pissed that you went out last night?" Nora asks from over the phone.
"She was more concerned about Henry," I tell her as I grab an apple from my kitchen. "One of the times my mom's favouritism has worked in my favour."
"What did Henry say about Operation cobra." Nora asks.
"The usual," I tell her. "He thinks it's got something to do with Emma getting that new job."
"Do you believe him?" Nora asks.
"I Don't know." I tell her.
I didn't even notice anybody entering the house but when I hear Henry's bag fall to the floor I realise he's being listen in.
"What was that?" Nora asks.
I don't answer her, instead I just hang up and try to shout on Henry.
"You alright, Henry?" I ask as I hear him running up the stairs.
When I don't get an answer right away I know that I've mess up.
I decide to follow him up staries, when I try to open his bedroom door it's locked.
"Go away!" Henry shouts from inside the room.
"I'm sorry," I say as I stand outside his room.
"I don't care." He says.
"Can you let me in?" I ask him as I hold the door handle.
He doesn't answer me, although I hear his shoes on the other side of the door.
When he opens the door, I can see that his eyes are red.
"Archie doesn't believe me," He says as he walks back into his room. "You and Emma don't either."
"We believe in you Henry," I tell him as I sit down next to him. "It's just a lot to wrap our heads around."
"You said Emma didn't believe it because she's a grown up," He says. "You're not so why do you not believe it."
"I don't know," I say truthfully. "But I want to help you."
"If you want to help me," Henry says. "You can help me search the mines."
"No."
"You said you wanted to help me."
"I want to help you," I tell him. "But you'll get yourself killed if you go down there."
"I won't if I got you with me." He says with a small smile.
"Henry, it's dangerous." I say.
"I'll go myself." He says as he stands up.
He quickly grabs his book before making his way to the door.
"You're not going at all," I tell him as I get up and follow him.
"Yes I am," He says as he makes his way down the stairs.
"Why are you so stubborn?" I say.
Henry is going to get both of us killed one day. It's actually going to be my fault because I don't know how to stop a ten year old from making horrible decisions.
