As we walk into the diner the bell chimes, Emma looks around from the booth she's sitting in to look at us.

"Remember this might have not worked," Emma tells Henry as we sit down across from her.

"I believe in it," He says, smiling at her.

At that we hear the bell chime and Mary-Margaret comes rushing through the door.

She takes a seat next to Emma, her face looking like it could light up the entire town.

"I think it might have worked." She says.

"Wait really?" I ask, trying not to sound too surprised for Henry's sake.

"Well kinda," She says, stumbling over her words. "He moved."

"Like got up or?" Emma questions.

"It was only his hand," She says, "But it was something."

"We have to go try again." Henry says.

Mary-Margaret nods her head in agreement and stands up, Henry follows her.

I stay at the booth as they walk to the door. Before they leave Emma says something to Mary-Margaret.

Surprisingly Emma comes back to the booth and sits down across from me.

"Do you think he's right?" Emma asks me.

"He's a kid with a strong imagination." I tell her.

"Your mom doesn't seem to like it," Emma says. "And me."

"My mom doesn't like anyone," I say with a small laugh.

"She doesn't seem too pleasant," Emma says. "I think she believes I'm here to steal Henry from her."

"She's over protective of Henry," I say. "She loves children but it was difficult for her to have any more children after me so she doesn't want to lose him."

"I understand that but the way she's going about it only makes me want to stay here and make sure he's alright."

"I don't blame you," I tell Emma. "But she does really love him."

"You seem like a good kid." She says out of nowhere.

"I think you're one of very few people who think that."

As I'm walking home from the diner I see Elijah walking down the street.

"Where did you run off to?" He asks as he walks up to me.

"Henry wanted me to speak to Emma with him." I tell him.

"Is it about the whole fairytale characters thing?"

"When is it not?"

"He's a kid, Bella," Elijah says looking at me. "He has a good imagination, people should just let him live."

"When you have a mother like mine, that's kinda hard to do."

"He's also got an amazing sister," Elijah says. "Who cares about him and always does what's best for him."

"I hate to say this but for once in my life I agree with my mother," I sigh. "If we let him believe this he's never going to grow up."

"And what if he's right?"

"You believe him?"

"He's giving pretty solid evidence." Elijah says.

"Don't you hear how insane that sounds?"

"You're starting to sound like your mother."

"I'm not my mother, Elijah."

"Then stop acting like her."

"Just because I don't believe that everyone in our town is from fairytales doesn't mean that I'm my mom," I shout. "I'm just being logical."

"You always side with Henry," He says calmly. "You let Henry go see Emma even though you knew your mom would hate it and now you're all of a sudden siding with her."

"They're two completly different situations," I say. "Emma is a real person and not someone from a fantasy land."

"I'm not saying that they are," Elijah says. "But you need to show him that he has your support."

"Since when have you tried to be the voice of reason?"

"Because someone had to say something."

"I'm already helping Henry," I tell him. "I don't know what else I can do."

"You could actually try to believe him."

"I've tried," I say. "I just can't."

"Then at least pretend like you do."
