"I don't think there's much we can do to help," I tell Henry as we walk into the apartment building. "Isn't it best if Emma deals with this on her own, this is her thing."
"No," Henry says. "If we help her it will be easier."
"You're ten, Henry," I say as we walk up the stairs to Mary-Margaret's loft. "You're not a detective."
"Yeah but I know this town," Henry counters. "And I know that this has something to do with the book."
"Not everything is about the book," I tell him.
"You said that you believe now," He says, stopping to glare at me.
"I do but that doesn't mean that everything in this town has something to do with the curse," I remark as I continue up the stairs.
"Well this definitely has something to do with mom," Henry says as he opens the door to Mary-Margaret's apartment.
When we walk in the door Emma spots us and stares blankly over at us.
"Aren't you two supposed to be in school," She says as she crosses her arms.
"We need to help Mary-Margaret," Henry says as he closes the apartment door.
"That's what I'm doing," Emma tells us. "But you two need to go home."
"You always tell us to go home and to stay out of it," I point out to Emma. "And we never do and sometimes we actually end up helping."
"Exactly." Henry says.
"Fine but just stay out of the way." Emma says as she walks around the apartment.
"So what is it we're looking for?" Henry asks her.
"I'm trying to see if there were any signs of a break in," She says as she walks over to the bedroom.
"You think she's being framed?" I ask Emma. "By who?"
"I have no clue who there's no motive," She answers. "Her being set up is the only thing that makes sense though."
"My mom does," Henry tells her.
"I agree with him on that," I tell Emma. "My mom hates her."
"Why does Regina hate Mary-Margaret?" Emma asks.
"She hates Snow White," Henry tells her. "That's her motive"
"That's not a motive," Emma points out to him. "Hating Snow White won't hold up in a court."
"If we're not speaking about the book she's always been quite cold to Mary-Margaret every time I've seen them speak," I add in. "Also it was Mary-Margaret's credit card Henry used to bring you here and we all know how she feels about you."
"That's a bit better but still not solid evidence," Emma says as she drops down onto the bed.
As she does, a rumbling noise begins to come from the vent.
"What is that noise?" I ask Emma.
She gets up to get a closer look at the vent, she pulls out something wrapped up in a cloth.
"What is that?" Henry asks.
When Emma unwraps the cloth it reveals a small hunting knife similar to the one my father had in the storybook.
"This really doesn't look good for her, does it?" I say as I look over at Emma.
"No it does not," Emma says, eyes still laser focused on the knife.

"Thanks for the coffee," I say to Ruby as she puts the cup of coffee down in front of me.
