Gabriel was busy designing new outfits for his new collection called freedom and Nathalie was busy writing emails, organising files and answering phone calls.
Nathalie sent a contract to the printer, that would soon be signed by the famous style queen, Audrey Bourgeois.
"Just going to get the contract from the printer" she told him. Nathalie was about to open the door, but out of nowhere Adrien came bursting into the office and he accidentally hit Nathalie in the face with the door.
Adrien pulled the door forwards, "I'm so sorry Nathalie, I didn't see you there" he apologised "it's OK Adrien" she replied.
Nathalie started to feel something running down her nose, she checked her face in her handheld mirror and she noticed blood gushing out.
Adrien noticed her bleeding nose and he quickly ran out of the office towards his bedroom. Nathalie was about to go after him, but Gabriel held her shoulder "let's clean your nose, before the blood goes everywhere and then you can talk to him".
Gabriel helped Nathalie sit down in her office chair, he leaned her head down and he gave her a tissue to catch the heavy blood from her nose.
After 10 minutes, Nathalie removed the tissue, that was now covered in blood and her nose was still heavily bleeding, so Gabriel handed her another tissue and he chucked her old one in the bin.
Nathalie's nose had stopped bleeding and she put nasal decongestant in both of her nostrils, to help her breath. She chucked her used tissue in the bin and she went to see Adrien.
She knocked on Adrien's bedroom door and once he said "come in" she entered. Nathalie sat next to Adrien on his bed and she wrapped her right arm around his shoulder, but he just looked away, feeling too guilty to face her.
"Adrien, it wasn't your fault that my nose started bleeding, because I've got an iron deficiency, which makes my nose bleed easily" she told Adrien and it made him smile, knowing that he didn't cause her nosebleed.
"How heavy was the blood?" Adrien questioned "It was bleeding quite heavily, because of my lack of iron and I've still got a small headache, but other then that I'm fine" Nathalie reassured him.
For the rest of the day, Nathalie and Gabriel spent some quality time with Adrien, just like one big happy family.
