Gabriel was doing what he loves doing more then anything in this world, apart from Nathalie and Sofia, which is designing.
He was designing something for Sofia, as her first birthday was just around the corner.
Nathalie was busy typing away on her computer, and to be honest, she looked a little stressed out.
Her workload had doubled, ever since she gave birth to Sofia, because everyone wanted clothing from Gabriel Agreste's baby collection, and it was becoming too much for her to handle during the day, so she would work late through the night, until the work was done.
Nathalie had a bunch of files in her hands, that needed organising, but Sofia kept crawling rings around her mother, causing her not to move encase she steps on her tiny fingers.
Gabriel could see that Nathalie was becoming agitated, he got up from his podium and he picked Sofia up off the floor, "hey! Baby girl, don't stress your mum out even more then she already is, why don't you play in your playpen?", he cooed, but Sofia started crying.
Nathalie put the files back on her desk and Gabriel gave her Sofia. Nathalie held Sofia against her chest, patting her bum in a rhythm.
Soon, Sofia started to calm down, "looks like someone just needed a cuddle", Nathalie stared at her precious daughter in her arms.
Sofia was know playing in her playpen in the office, while Gabriel and Nathalie were working.
Nathalie looked up from her computer, and she noticed that Sofia was holding the bars of her playpen, while standing up, she immediately told Gabriel to look as well.
They both got their phones out of their pockets and they started recording their daughter.
Sofia took little steps, falling down multiple times, but as soon as she found her bearings, she walked straight up to her mother, wrapping her hands around her legs.
"Well done! Sofia", Nathalie congratulated her, "let's all celebrate with some cake, and then I'll give you a feed before your nap", she picked her up.
Gabriel and Nathalie showed Adrien the video of Sofia taking her first step.
They were all so proud of her, they ate a chocolate cake with cream in the centre and on the top of was written, "congratulations", in frosting.
Once they had finished eating the cake, Nathalie went up to her room and she gave Sofia a feed, before putting her down in her cot for a nap.
