I couldn't stop the laughter falling from my lips as we excited the ride, my hands clenching my stomach desperately. Halfway through the kiddie drop tower, Denji screeched like a loud parrot, practically breaking through all soundbarriers. It was such a unique, one of a kind sound that I was delighted to have the pleasure of hearing. It was so! Weird!

Beside me, he leaned into my body, giggling just as hard if not even harder! I was having so much fun here at the amusement park with Denji!

I hope,
I hope I get to stay here forever...

As (Y/n) the classmate of Denji!

"Fuu... Hah! (Y/n), we should get something to eat after this... That'd be good!" Denji snorted. Slowly he'd begin to support his one weight, drawing heavy breaths to calm his once obnoxious laughter. "Mmm! That sounds aw— Agh."

Suddenly, I was flung forward, my body crashing straight into the ground. I could feel a body beneath my weight, as a liquid splashed on my face...

"You're so clumsy today."

Wait a minute.
No. Something wasn't adding up.

I could feel fatigue drowning down my system, trickling into my body and spiking down my legs. My left arm was burning, like my mind was hazy like I had a fever. I was sweating, I was sickly, and I was parched, so very parched.

I was weak.
I felt so weak.

"Sorry... Denji,"
I somehow sputtered. Slowly I began to push myself from the ground, groaning as my hands slowly swiped down my body. I was surprisingly not injured, as not a single scratch was found on me. Oddly enough, my left hand shined brightly by my side, adorned in pretty friendship bracelets given to me by Denji.

I felt so... strange.

I had too many unanswered questions floating around my brain, stressing my consciousness and fueling a groan to my lips.

What was so special about my left hand?

In fact.

What was I doing here...
Wait a second, I swear I was just with Mit—

"(Y/n)! I... I.."
Denji suddenly husked out, his eyes hazing over as flush stole his breath.

In a blurr of sickly motion, I felt a body crash atop mines, heavy as it groaned silently. My skin was beginning to tickle, as a familiarity started to rise against my—

The sky around was now dark, only illuminated by the sweet lights of the amusement park. But, that wasn't the main problem. I was laying down in grass with the blonde, my leg between his, all while he was pinned beneath me. His hair flew wild and entangled itself in the grass, a little smile ditzing against the corners of his precious lips.

"J-Ji!"

When did... When did this all happen!

"I can't... Miss Makima..." He whispered, a blush stealing his face as his eyes gazed deep into mines. My left hand reached straight to cup his cheek, a dancing smile fluttering straight to my lips. "I... I love you! Denji! I swear! No matter what, I'll live the rest of my life with you! Nothing will keep me from living by your side!"
