Armanius and Meira are supposed to symbolize Mary and Joseph in the Nativity story and represent a healthy relationship in those lines. With the creation of Meira, I don't want to make it look like Armanius couldn't find a wife. He could but he did the hard work of building one and didn't force his love upon her because to point that out, it took three years of their friendship to grow into love so a lot happened in those three years that made Meira respond to Armanius loving her. He loved her at first sight but he didn't force his love upon her when Armanius gave her the FREE WILL to love him. Armanius is the only mortal man that she's talked to ever since he created her. Well, Gaia helped him create a mortal.
But with Armanius and Meira, they are going to be a healthy couple. In Greek Mythology, none of the relationships were healthy. That includes Persephone and Hades because I heard he cheated on Persephone once with a nymph.
SOURCE FROM GOOGLE:
"In Ovid's famous text Metamorphosis, Hades has an affair with a young Nymph named Minthe. Persephone, now in her later years, was so incensed with jealousy that she turned Minthe into a mint plant."

But my point is, the beginning is a representation of the Nativity story with A'bel being born because he is going to be a VERY important character in the trilogy. Also, the reason why Ares is going to be more involved in the trilogy is that I noticed that most people don't like him very much and he's most hated on Olympus due to him representing the brutal aspects of war.
With Ares, I did heavy research on his personality and that he can be aggressive, short temper, and can be violent. All of that will be shown, however, I wanted to build some humanization and sympathy within his character because most of his anger issues could've come from his dysfunctional family. Zeus isn't a good father since he creates bunches of children out of wedlock, is unfaithful to his wife Hera when cheating so many times, raped his sister and daughter (Demeter and Persephone), swallowed his pregnant wife (Athena's mother) by turning her into a water drop to prevent her from having a son that is powerful than him, and many things. He even transformed into various animals for the sake of banging a mortal or a goddess.
Ares has some things I excuse him for but for him as a character, I will explore the dynamic between Armanius and Ares because when Ares is around Armanius, he feels peace. And Ares has gotten the end of the stick in the media in general when always being placed as a villain
EXAMPLE:
P.S: I HAD TO ADD THIS SCENE WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ANALYSIS BUT SINCE IT'S GREEK MYTHOLOGY, I LOVE THIS MOVIE SO MUCH!
In the first part of the video, she even stated that Zeus was able to create life into the clay, Diana's mother formed when she wanted a child and BRINGING THAT back to Armanius asking Gaia for a wife. But Zeus didn't create mortals and doesn't care about mortals in the first place unless he falls in love with one and conceives a child out of it. Prometheus is the one who created mortals but Gaia is of life so it makes sense for her to be able to create some type of life related to mortals.
A/N: The Amazons will be included in the trilogy :) but not appearing in Book 1.
While Zeus is portrayed as a good guy, and as much as I love Disney's Hercules (and Greek Gods is inspired by it), Zeus isn't jolly.
EXAMPLE:
-------
Gaia is supposed to represent being the Mother of Creation. There's one aspect of her hating Zeus when he locked the Titans, her children, in Tartarus, and still wants revenge for that.
Also since Armanius and Meira literally have no family, Nanni will be an important character and person to them.
