This is a story of mine I regret abandoning for two years now. Let me discuss this because this is going to be a deep dive into the rich worldbuilding, characters, and everything involved I've planned before cancellation. I've posted only two chapters from 2019-2020 but I already knew the idea of what I wanted the route to turn. I had 100 drafts left unfinished so this is one of those stories I feel regret not making even though a lot was happening during the early stages of the pandemic.
This was originally going to be built as a huge universe of superheroes with different stories told from individual perspectives called the Super-verse. But there were too many characters that caused me to have heavy writer's block.

The novel begins with a third-person point of view mixed with first person entering the world of our known hero, Ivan. He's in his 40s, has purple eyes, born into a rich family, and is a playboy at heart. Not only that, the world's greatest superhero, Darko-Man.
He's not only Superman and Bruce Wayne, everyone knows his identity.
Ivan knows he's adopted but his parents never told him where he came from. Not until the soon death of his wealthy father till he started doing some soul-searching within himself. Besides stopping bad guys and wooing the women, he is fond of a shy reporter, Pamela.

They soon become friends and Pamela is in awe of his greatness and charm.
But things would get in the way with his arch-sexy-nemesis, the Pink Lady.

Author's Note: I created a character who is called the Pink Lady but I didn't know Marvel somehow had the same type of villain and exact image of how I imagine her to look. It's odd that when I create original characters, somebody already made them.
Gooma Goo, whose an alien, is on assignment to destroy Ivan in means of attempting to do a high-level assassination. When she was younger, she traveled to Earth by accident. Captured by scientists, and until she fought her way to becoming a villain herself with a hidden past.
The chase is high and she'll continue putting the people Ivan loves in danger. Gooma and Ivan have a history of being enemies yet the time would come when enough is enough.
Some day, Pamela finds an alien girl and reports this to Ivan instead of the military or scientists. He figures she is lost and would do anything to help her. But the alien girl recognizes who he is while Ivan doesn't know a thing about it.
Things would drift when Gooma senses the alien girl and wants to kill her. Pamela and Ivan team up together to put Gooma into her place once they set up a trap with the alien girl. Once Gooma is captured, Ivan starts having migraines. Not only that, he would fly to space as deep further when hearing strange noises. He ignores it and would go back to Earth to go on about his life.
Ivan starts catching feelings for Pamela yet she and the alien girl are captured from an alien ship to outer space along with Gooma being set free on board with them. Ivan is devasted and furious. Then he would try his best to save both of them. Ivan follows the alien ship and now they are landed on the home planet of the aliens, THE GORRAH PLANET.

The alien ship with Pamela and the alien girl on wasn't caused by Gooma. It was no other than another alien who looked human, with purple eyes like Ivan, and who happens to be his younger brother. He hardens his heart toward him and figured out that a prophecy would unfold when Ivan will be crowned king of the Gorrah planet. Ivan figures he is of royal blood and all of his family members are alive to tell him the truth. He won't accept it yet his younger brother would have authority over him when treating him like a peasant.
His younger brother captured Pamela and the alien girl knowing they have a connection with him. Gooma works for his brother to both destroy Ivan and be king and queen as lovers.
With family dynamics and sudden chemistry with encounters Ivan makes. His future lies in whether or not he'll accept the truth. Be a superhero on Earth or be the King on the Gorrah planet away from Pamela and his adopted mother? Ivan doesn't have any emotional connection with his birth parents yet his real mother desires one while Ivan refuses at every chance.
He is confused and only wants to save Pamela and the alien girl to avoid such conflict. Yet, he would need to listen to his heart and search for what he truly wants.
Of course, the ending would be Ivan stopping his younger brother and Gooma from ruling with the alien girl reuniting with her family, Ivan and Pamela getting hitched to be the new rulers of Gorrah.
You guys might be wondering, ain't Pamela human? The Gorrah Planet has highly advanced technology. Ivan's family can transport their blood to Pamela for her to rule with Ivan.

There's much I didn't go into yet this was the basic plan I wanted to write about.
However, will I be bringing back this canceled trilogy? Yes. Characters will be removed and the novel will at least try to be fresher than it was in 2019.
Ivan was inspired by Superman, Bruce Wayne, and Metro-Man (Megamind). The Gorrah Planet was obviously Krypton but different. Pamela is Lois Lane yet she is shy and speaks low. Gooma was based on Poison Ivy, Catwoman, and Starfire.
