Chapter 26: Meeting Kawaki

Sarada hasn't returned from her mission yet I wonder how it's going mom said I can start helping her at the hospital since I have finished all of my medical training and training with mom. I think I'll join her tomorrow at the hospital but I think today I should go on a walk around the village and check on everyone.

 I get out of the apartment with Luna by my side, we start walking around and see a lot of the ninja that protect the village on the alert of something. They were on roofs of various building. I wonder what they are on the look out for, I was passing by a meat market and saw that there was a big sale. Maybe I should get some and see if there are any stray dogs or wolfs around the village and if not i can make dog treats for Luna.

 I go in with Luna by my side she helped me pick what she wanted, which was alot of sausages which were already cooked. Alright so the breakfast I gave her this morning wasn't enough for her, We leave once I pay for the meat. I see a dog outside of the store looking in on it and the dog has some scares and scratches, poor thing. I go to the dog with Luna by my side I say "Hey little fella, Do you want some I have plenty?"

The dog starts wagging it's tail and I smile and give it four sausage pieces, it happily took some and went into the alley. I smile and we make our way around the village seeing stray dog after stray dog. Which I have never noticed we have quite a lot in the village, Maybe I should do something about that. I'll have to talk to Lord Hockage when I see him again.

 A few hours of walking around I see the stray from earlier and it take sausages from a butcher and the butcher runs after it. I see class rep talking to the butcher, I run after the stray trying to stay on it's course. Although I lost it until Luna shows me the way and I see the butcher about to hurt the stray I get in the way and get a deep cut on my arm. Which doesn't hurt alot I'lljust bandage it up later, I say "What the hell do you think you were doing?"

He says "Showing this stray what happens when you steal from me."

Luna next to me growl and I say "You leave him alone! You hear me or me and Luna will kick your butt to the village in the mist and I will have your shop closed. Do I make my self clear Butcher?"

The butcher growls and says "This isn't over."

With that he walks away, I look at the stray and class rep says "Give him this it'll help him. Also are you ok I saw that man cut you on your arm with that knife?"

I nod my head I spray the spray on him and pick up the dog and say "Good seeing you again class rep. Also I'm fine, I've had worse don't worry. well, I better go before the butcher tell the guards and I got to tend to this little fella. Thanks for the help."

With that I jump to the nearest roof with Luna not far behind me and I make it to the training area.

                                      (KAWAKI POV)

The stray returns with some sausages and gives them to me, I hear footsteps and see the girl from earlier with purple hair. A few moment later I hear foot steps again approaching and see a man with a knife in his hand and sharp scares. It throws one at the dog in the ribs, grabs the dog by the neck. I was about to do something but I see a girl with long black hair land Infront of the dog with a wolf by her side. The girl ends up getting cut by the bitcher. The girl says "What the hell do you think your doing?"

The butcher says "Showing this stray what happens when you steal from me."

The wolf next to the girl growls and the girl says "You leave him alone! You hear me or me and Luna will kick your butt to the village in the mist and I will have your shop closed. Do I make myself clear butcher?"
