Chapter 19: After The Fight

——————————3RD POV————————
Itachi collapses next to a unconscious y/n.
He has stab wounds that'll make him bleed out if we don't get him to a hospital quickly.
Sasuke looks at Naruto and yell "Hey Naruto I need you to help bring Itachi to the hospital. While I bring y/n to the hospital."
He comes over and picks Itachi up over his shoulder.
Sasuke picks up y/n bridal style with her head resting on his shoulder.
They go through the portal to see Sakura, Sarada, Hinata, Himawari, Shikamaru and some others that includes two paramedics.
Incase someone got hurt in the fight.
(Picture up top, imagine that there are two paramedics there.)
Naruto says "We need to get these two to the hospital at once."
He says motioning to a unconscious and hurt Itachi and a unconscious y/n.
The paramedics take them away to the hospital.
Naruto and Boruto go to Hinata and Himawari.
While Sasuke goes to Sakura and Sarada and get a family hug.

————————SASUKE POV———————
I go over to Sakura and Sarada and get a family hug together with them.
After we let go of the hug, I walk over to Naruto and ask "Naruto can I have a word with you?"
He looks confused and nods his head.
They go to the other side of the roof away from everyone.
I take a deep breathe and say "I haven't told anyone this but the girl that we brought back is my daughter y/n. I need you to not tell anyone including Sarada and Sakura. Y/n now knows that she was adopted or should I say taken away by Itachi. I'm gonna give her sometime and then introduce her to Sakura and Sarada so she doesn't get overwhelmed. So can you not tell anyone?"
He nods his head and said "Of course you can go and see her and Itachi in the hospital anytime until they are released."
I say "I'm gonna go to the hospital and check on them. Tell Sakura that I went to check on Itachi."
Naruto nods his head in understanding.
I see Naruto go over to Sakura and tell her that I'm going to the hospital.
I start making my way to the hospital.
By the time I get there it's dark out which makes sense we arrived at sundown.
I go to the nurses reception.
I say "The Hokage said I can see the newest arrivals Itachi Uchiha and Y/n."
She nods her head and says "Ok they are in different rooms um let see."
She starts typing on a computer and says "Ok here it is Itachi Uchiha just got out of the emergency surgery room. He should be in the recovery room 2-13. Then Y/n she is in recovery in room 3-16. I think she's awake I'm not sure."
I nod my head and go into Y/n's room.

She's in her bed sitting up looking out the window. I walk over to the chair next to her bed. She must've heard me because she turns around. When she's sees me, she has tears down her cheeks.  She must've heard the news that Itachi was in emergency surgery.
She says "I'm so sorry."
I look at her confused and say "What are you sorry about?" I ask her in a soft voice.
She said "For trying to hurt you and Itachi I couldn't control myself I tried but they told me lies and I believed them. I'm so sorry."
I get out of the chair and bring her into a gentle embrace and rub circles on her back to get her to calm  down.
I say "It's ok y/n."
She looks at me and asks "When they took me they said that Itachi isn't my real dad that I was stolen. Is it true?"
It's now or never I gotta tell her the truth.
I nod my head and say "Yes that is true your not Itachi Uchiha's daughter. But you are my daughter, I'm your real dad. My name is Sasuke Uchiha. Itachi isn't your dad but he is your uncle."
Y/n eyes are widened and she says "I'm your daughter."
Tears start leavening her eyes and going down her cheeks.
I bring her into another comforting hug and I say "Sshh it's ok, I know it a lot to take in but I'll be there for you. You'll still be able to see your uncle Itachi.
I got a good idea "Y/n what if we go and see Itachi to see how he's doing?"
She nods her head and says "Ok."
We go to see Itachi, when we get there I ask y/n "Are you ready to go in?"
She nods her head.
When we get in there, I'm not gonna lie he doesn't look good. He'll be lucky if he lives.
Itachi must've heard us because he looked at us.

————————ITACHI POV———————
I hear a door open and a wheelchair I open my eyes to see Sasuke and y/n.
Y/n goes to my side and asks "Itachi is Sasuke really my dad?"
I look at Sasuke and he says "She asked me if what they told her was true that you aren't her real dad and that she was stolen when she was a baby. So I told her that they are true and that I'm her real father."
I nod my head and look at y/n and she says "I wish you would've told me the truth."
I say "I didn't because I was keeping you safe, people were and still are after your father. They could use you to get to him or hurt him."
I look at Sasuke and ask "Sasuke, what did the doctors say?"
Sasuke looks at me sad, I knew by that face and how deep the wounds are that I will die.
Sasuke walks over to the right side of the bed and says "They say that you'll be lucky to live."
I nod my head in understanding.
I look at them and say "well it's late we should get some rest."
Y/n leaves the room and I look at Sasuke who is still next to my bed.
He says "Your injuries are to serious, your die."
I nod my head and say "I'm aware brother, do me a favor and be there for her when I pass. She's been through enough heartbreak in these days. With her learning that the people she thought were her family died and that in a while I'll be with them."
He says "She's gonna miss a lot you know that right?"
I say "I'm aware brother and when y/n sees me before I die. I'm gonna die here any day. I want you to bring her here so I can say goodbye and I need you to give her this letter after I die."
I give Sasuke a letter, once he takes the letter from my hand I put two fingers to his forehead.
He leaves and I start to sleep.
I'm sorry Y/n.
