Sakura comes back into the twin bedroom with Sarada in her arms. She wanted to see if Y/N and Sasuke are alright. When she goes in the twins room she see Sasuke bruised and passed out on the ground with low chakra. She looks around the room to see if Itachi is still there with Y/N but no sign of them. She called for a ambulance once they got there. Sakura followed them with Sarada still in her arms. Once they got to the hospital the doctor told Sakura that everything is fine besides the bruises he has no injuries but he needs rest. Sakura went into Sasukes room to see him still asleep. Sakura started crying thinking about her daughter and how Sasuke fought so hard and still lost her.
—————————The Next Day———————————
Sasuke was released from the hospital, went to Naruto to tell him what happened maybe he can send a search party out looking for them. Once he got to the hokage office he knocked on the door and went inside the room. Naruto looked up at who it was and saw a sad Sasuke. Naruto asks "Why do you look really sad? Did something happen?" Sasuke let a few tears fall from his eyes and said "Yes, something happened. Remember my brother Itachi?" Naruto nodded his head and Sasuke continued and told him about what happened last night and how he was unable to get his daughter back. Sasuke started crying thinking "I'm too weak, I couldn't safe my daughter. I promise I will find you Y/N and bring you home to us."
