Haley's POV
I walked down the hall way seeing all the posters for prom, of course it seemed like every girl was getting asked but me. As I got to my locker I notice Chandler walking down the hallway we had been friends for a long time now and I just want something magical to happen and have a closet more of a dating relationship, and to not be stuck in the friend zone
"Hey Chandler want to maybe hang out after school like go to the movies or something"
He turned back to me looking a little nervous
Chandler: oh hey Haley I can't i-i have to help my mom with something today
He was nervous and jittery. I knew Chandler something was up but what
"Oh um okay well if plans change just give me a call"
Chandler: bye Haley
As I opened my locker I watched him walk down the hallway. I let out a sigh probably the reason he was so nervous and jittery was because he was probably trying to think of a way to ask someone else to prom I feel like all of my hopes and dreams have been crush. I start to head out of school and off to my car were I could just go home and sleep.
When I got home I notice a note on the counter

Dear Haley,
I have to work late tonight and your father is out of town dinner is in the fridge
Love you, mom
I changed into comfy clothes which was basically leggings and I kinda big sweat shirt that said cool story bro took my long brown hair down and started to watch some Netflix. I must have lost track of time because as I looked up from my lap top and my clock said 7:30. As I started to watch my show again I heard tapping on my window I turned to it seeing that little pebbles being thrown at it. I started creeping to the window and started to open it
"Chandler what are you doing throwing rocks at my window"
Chandler: I wanted to come and talk to you come to the front of the house
"You could of just texted me"
He gave me a smirk
Chandler: I liked my way better now just come on to the front of the house
"Ugh oh my god fine"
I slightly tool my eyes and head out to the front yard as I opened my door I stood there in shock. Chandler was standing there with flowers next a horse that said Haley....... Prom? Yay [] or neigh [] -Chandler
Chandler: so is that a yes or a niegh
I ran up to Chandler and pulled him into a long hug. I grabbed the marker that he was holding in his hand and checked of yay on the horse
"Of course I will go to prom with you "
