Me and Carl have been away from the the group I don't know maybe about two years now ( you an Carl ages will be about 18) after the attacked we haven't been able to find anyone from are old group. But along the why we found a little girl named Emily so me and Carl took her I'm since she was so little and only 4 at the time.

I watch Emily from the house me and Carl have fixed up we made a new life there. But it sometimes got lonely with just the three of us. I miss all the talks we would all have at the prison and the big dinners. I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. Carl walked down to the well to get some water while I prepared dinner " Y/N there is a man here with a group" I start to panic what happens is they try to kill us I grabbed my knife and my small pistol hoping they meant no trouble. I sat them down at the big table me and Carl had found "is it just you here or is someone else here with you" I smiled " I will be right back. Emily I will be back soon" they all looked at me with a confused look but I just walked out the door. I went a little ways into the woods to see Carl chopping wood "Carl I need you to come to the house right now" he looked at me with worry "is it Emily is she all right" me and Carl have basically brought her in as are own so we treat her like are own " just come on" I take him by the hand as we dash to the house

Emily came down from her room "who are these people" they all turned to her "did you and Carl have a kid what have y'all been doing while you were both missing" Daryl questioned me and Carl giggled as are faces turned pink "no me and Y/N took her in but we treat her like are own"
