It was 6:30pm I had some time still left. I was already dressed up and I couldn't wait any longer. I decided I want to buy him a small gift.
I drove to a flower shop not knowing which one's to get I went up to the stores assistant.
"Hello! How can I help you today?" She asked, she was very bubbly and looked really exited talking to a stranger, that was totally her personality.
"Hey, so I have like a bit of a problem. I want this person to forgive me is there like any flower that mean forgiveness in anyway?" I said nervously rambling my words trying to explain.
She smiled at me and nodded, "Of course there is, follow me" she walked and I followed.
"There's 4 different options: tulips, daffodils , hyacinths and roses. That's the only ones we have still in stock from today" she said and pointing to every flower she talked about.
I was in deep thought, they didn't have the small petaled one's: carnations. They're Karl's favourite, it would look stupid if I didn't get them but they weren't here.
The woman was still standing next to me, patiently waiting for my option to be spoken. I wrapped my head around and went with the daffodils. They looked pretty when I imagined Karl next to them, when I imagined to the other ones didn't looked like it fit him.
"I'll get the daffodils please" I said and she nodded getting some flowers from a vase that they were in. She went and packed them and gave them to me.
"That will be 20,10$" she said smiling, I got my wallet and handed her the money. "Thank you have a nice evening!" I smiled and said my goodbye.
I got in the car and put the flowers on the passage seat, I could try and find Karl's home from now.
I typed in his address from my note app into the map. I put my phone on my thigh and started driving to the location.
It was 7:45pm when I got at his house, I got a bit lost on the way. Which made me loose some time too, I had some time to prepare myself before I went in and dinged the door bell.
I took some breaths and thought to myself just to not mess this up. This is probably the only chance I have to clear myself from everything I had done in the past.
Its was 7:51pm now, I grab the flowers and get out of the car nearing his door. One deep breath and I dinged the doorbell. I heard some shuffling on the other side.
He opened the door, "Hey!" I said releasing my deep breath by speaking. "These are for you" I hand him the flowers I had in my hand.
Gosh he looked so pretty...
"Thank you!" He said getting the flowers from my hands, "I want to put them, you can come in. I wont take long" he said walking away.
"No shoe policy right?" I said already removing my shoes, "You don't have to my house isn't clean anyways.." he said as he puts the flowers in a vase.
"Lets get going?" I ask and he nods. We both go to the corridor and put our shoes on. I walk outside to hold the door for him, I see him locking his door and walking towards me.
We both smile at each other and he sits in my car, I walk to the drivers door and sit in the car. I started driving and quickly started making a conversation with him.

We arrive at a new café that just opened recently, I get out of the car and practically run to the other side to open the door for him.
He smiled and thanked me, I closed the door and we both walked towards the entrance.
We both sat a table for two, the waiter came to us and put the menu's on our table.
"What are you getting?" I asked him, "Mm, maybe a hot chocolate and uhh maybe a chocolate brownie?" He said answering my question with a smile on his face. "What about you?"
I smiled back at him, "I'll get some tea and a caramel donut" I answered, we put the menu's away and waited for the waiter to come to our table.
"How's the school thing going?" I asked him, staring a conversation is a bit difficult for me and I know that he knows.
"The school is shit. They're not letting me leave even though I finished like one or two years ago. It's a bit annoying, not going to lie but I keep running away from them.." he said with a hidden chuckle, but I caught it.
I laughed, "Oh wow, Karl Jacobs running away from the school team? Wow that's really interesting" I said amused. He never skipped or ran away from the school team, it wasn't him.
"Yup, it's been a bit different when you left with Dream and George" he said playing with his sweater sleeve. I smiled at him, I love every little detail that he does.
"I know, I can see it that you are even running away. It must be bad" i said, the waiter came to us and asked what we wanted. We told everything and continued striking a conversation with each other.

We ate and drank our drinks, it was a great night. He was getting out his wallet and I stopped him immediately.
"No, Karl I'm going to pay. I took you out and I will pay" I said completely disagreeing for what he is about so say.
"But I want to gi-" He started, but he didn't finish.
"No Karl, you can treat another time.. If I do have an another time" I said smiling at him.
I saw the blush that crept on his cheeks, gosh.. He was a bit nervous, I wont lie I am too. Just a little bit, I'm afraid of what he's going to say..
