Trigger Warning: Read at Your Own Discretion!

"Let me guess. It's Belle. Or Anastasia!" Hester giggled with Anadil, making fun of Sophie for her Princess-like hair. Although contrasting all villainous stereotypes, apart from perhaps an enjoyment for others' displeasure, Valerie had not received any of the mocking treatment. "Or Sugar-plum?" Anadil suggested, side-eyeing Dot who was munching on chocolate noisily in the corner.

Valerie rolled her piercing eyes, looking back to her old moth-eaten book which she'd stolen from the library, and scanning the page lightly. She folded the bitten corner, admiring the ruby glimmering on her hand. The ring was gorgeous, she couldn't help herself when Tedros shook her hand. His hand was tough and warm, the opposite of Valerie's.

The ring shone different shades of red in the light, the silver band a little large for her hand. She might give it back to Tedros sometime in the future, if she was feeling less evil than normal, or she might keep it just to irritate the Prince. He shouldn't get what he wants all the time. Valerie thought, noticing the A.P. engraved on the inside of the ring. Her calm trance was broken by Hester and Anadil laughing at the revealed name Sophie

"You guys either shut up or I'll freeze the blood in your body. It's a slow painful death," Valerie warned, smiling to herself as the girls quietened. Her threat was an extension of the rumors which circulated in school when people heard of Valerie's return.

Last year, it was a theme that egoistical, sexist boys would go missing, however once - in the middle of the year - a Princess had stumbled across a missing boy's body, screaming the whole way back to the castle. He was nearly naked, clearly ready to have sex, but instead of a smile, his face was formed into complete terror.

The boy was covered in ice, his limbs ridged since his blood was frozen too. He had raped a girl a year ago after he had saved her in a quest he was sent on.

Lesso had convinced Dovey there was no evidence that Valerie had done it, even though all the blame landed on her shoulders. There was no other way the boy could have died, as Valerie was the only person in the school capable of such a graphic murder.

Nobody spoke to her for the rest of the year, even Prince's from the School of Good moved out of her way.  Lesso threatened Valerie with expulsion if she repeated her acts, which the Dean obviously knew she committed, not that it deterred Valerie in the slightest. Boys still went missing, although a body was never so easily hidden to be discovered again.

"It's what evil does to you," Valerie smiled at Lesso who had a glint of pride in her eyes. Her actions were a lash out from the time that Valerie couldn't help herself, she could not avenge her own experiences and so she would help the other struggling women of the world.

Valerie grabbed her suitcase, dragging it over to her before searching through the bag, finally finding the white jacket she was looking for. She wrapped the coat around her frame, walking outside to the balcony where she stood.
