Chapter 35

Aria was so angry and hurt. Even as she was driving she gripped the wheel of the car right enough to break it. She was going over 120mph but she never slowed down. The pain she felt in her chest was more than she had ever felt before.

Her tears streaming down her face, the fear in her heart, it was all almost like a nightmare accept she wasn't waking up to a happy life. This was her fucking reality, she was scared for the safety of all of those she loved. She feared the worst possible outcomes.

When she arrived infront of Alexander's house, she felt numb.. "This is all his fault, he did this,he must pay" she said under her breath while taking the keys out of the ignition. She grabbed her gun out of the armrest and go out the car.

She walked to the door of the huge home with the gun behind her back. Was she really about to kill her mothers ex lover? when the door opened she immediately pointed the gun at Alexander. "Alexander, nice to meet you. I'm Aria Rodriguez, we should catch up life shouldn't we?"

"Hey mom what's your favorite color?" Aria asked with a smile on her face as she was playing with her mother's roses. "Well it's red" she said as she continued planting the roses in her garden.

"why is it red?" Aria asked and put the flower in her moms hair. Natalia looked at her daughter and put a flower in her hair too. "Red is such a beautiful and vibrant color, it's so many beautiful things that are red but not only that but it reminds me of our sins" she said as she picked up her daughter and brought her into the house.

"Red may be beautiful but it can also be very deceitful like our sins. For example, a rose, it looks so beautiful as the sun shines it on right but if you don't pay too much attention to it before you pick it up, you may get pricked by a thorn." she said as she placed Aria on the counter by the sink. She turned the water on and washed her hands quickly before washing Arias hands.

"I just hope that when you grow up, you never have to see the color red in a bad way, i hope you see it in the most gorgeous way i've seen it." She said as she kissed her daughter's forehead and smiled.The little girl giggled happily. Her mothers love was her favorite thing, especially when it was just them two.

She felt like her and her mother were the only two people in the world at one point but she would be happy either way. "Mom why do you love papa" aria asked curiously. She wanted to see why her mother and father stayed together for so long.

She may have only been 6 but she watched alot of tv with her mother. She had seen couples break up for what she thought was silly reasons but in reality she couldn't comprehend it.

"Well your father was a very handsome man in highschool, he still is but he could have had any girl he wanted in highschool" Natalia said with a small smile. "Me on the other hand i was nerdy, i was in so many academic clubs people thought i was going crazy" she laughed once again and so did Aria. She smiled when she heard the front door open , she knew it was her husband but continued her story.

"Your fathers friend had locked me into the girls bathroom and i had a panic attack but-". "your big and strong papa saved her." Mathew said as he came into the kitchen and picked up Aria. He kissed her forehead and then leaned over to his wife. the two shared a short kiss before they looked at Aria. "I protected your mother over and over again after that day. I eventually fell in love with her because i spent so much time with her. i was so careful with her words and her feelings that even when she was made with me i would get on my knees and apologize. I would have jumped off a bridge if your mother asked me too" Mathew said continuing the story.Aria smiled at her parents love, it made her happy to hear that even in highschool they were still in love.

"I would have killed for her too.."

"I didn't expect to see you tonight Ms.Rodriguez" Alexander said as he backed further into his house with Aria pointing the gun at him. Aria followed him into the house and closed the door behind him.

"you came into my fucking home, and covered my house in blood! And you so call didn't expect to see me" Aria shouted as she shot Alexander in the knee. He screamed in pain as he held onto his knee.

After a while he started laughing, Aria tilted her head to the side and cocked the gun. "All this stress isn't good for the baby" he said with a smirk which made Aria put her hand on her stomach.

"you were there too.." she said her voice trailing off slightly. "yes i was there, and i seen the test in your bathroom. oh how i was shocked because does your dear mother know? oh maybe does daddy dearest know, speaking of daddy's does Luke know?" he asked her as he started moving his arm to help himself crawl.

She shot his arm twice and Alexander screamed in pain. "I will kill you and that baby!" he yelled but instead of Aria being angry she laughed. "The day you'll able to get me or my baby in a coffin, will be the day your son comes back to life" she said as she aimed the gun at his forhead and pulled the trigger. blood splattered on her face and her clothe while also being splattered along the wall.

"It's over.."she said as she rubbed her stomach..
