Chapter 37

Authors note: I'm sorry for the many time skips but I did wanna end this book in chapter 40 so I felt like it would make more sense. Plus I'm so excited to reveal who the POV is in. Also please leave some comments on your opinion, I don't get many and I would like to read them.

                              3 years later...
Aria looked at herself in the mirror with a smile on her face. Her makeup was done with a nice natural look but with a red lip color to make it pop. Her hair was curled beautifully just like her mother's.

She stood in the mirror with all white on. She loved her wedding dress and she couldn't wait to spend the rest of her life with Luke.

"You look beautiful" a voice from the hallway spoke. She turned around and saw her dad almost in tears. "Aw dad, thank you," she said as she walked towards her dad and hugged him tightly. "You remind me so much of your mother and even though I was never the best father, I wouldn't miss this day for the world." He said as she rubbed Aria's head careful not to mess up her hair.

"Oh so you two are leaving me out, 72 hours of labor and I don't even get to look at my first loves before they walk down the aisle," another voice said but this time it was a woman's voice. Her mother looked at them with her hand on her hip and laughed at the two. Though when she saw Aria, it was as if she didn't remember how to breathe.

"oh honey you look gorgeous," Natalie said and ran to Aria as quickly as she could in heels and hugged her tightly. "This is my wedding dress," Natalia said as she realized what her daughter was wearing. It made Natalia shed a couple of tears but smile.

To see that her daughter would wear her wedding dress for her wedding was the most beautiful thing ever to see her. "it's gonna be Stella's wedding dress too one day" Aria said smiling as she was trying to keep herself from crying. She didn't wanna mess up her makeup.

"Mommy!!" another voice shouted and Aria immediately knew who it was. Aria turned around and saw Lucas along with Stephen. Stephen was holding Stella in his arms but she jumped down and ran to her mother. The two males were dressed in black suits with red ties while Stella was in a white dress with a red flower headband.

Stella looked at her mother in awe. "Mommy you look so pretty!" Stella shouted happily as she hugged her mother almost tripping in her shoes. Aria picked up Stella and kissed her cheek. "You look way better than me Stella" Aria rubbed her daughter's head but Stella moved her head away."Careful mommy doesn't mess up my hair. My friend from school is gonna be here and I don't want my hair to look messed up." She said as she quickly fixed her hair so it wouldn't look messed up.

The whole room erupted in laughter at Stella's behavior. "I hope your dad doesn't hear that you know how overprotective he is," Lucas said with a laugh as he wrapped his arms around Stephens's waist. "What's your friend's name?" Stephen asked as he had never known Stella had friends at school.

"His name is Alexander but he lets me call him Alex," she said with a smile. Aria just looked at her daughter, it was like just yesterday she was trying to push Stella out today she was watching her daughter become like her. "Alright that's enough, it's time to get this wedding started!" Mathew said excitedly as he started dancing around his daughter doing the funky chicken.

It made everyone laugh and it warmed Arias's heart to see the people in this room smile. She was honestly so blessed to call the people in this room her family. She was blessed to have these people around her daughter and protect her. She loved them
with all her heart.

As everyone finally settled down and everyone was in their places the music started. Everyone stood up looking at the middle aisle. Luke walked down the aisle first dancing down the aisle with Lucas. They made everyone smile and wanna dance with them.
Up next we're the bridesmaids bumping hips and dancing all over places before taking their places.

Then came the groomsmen, shaking hands and shouting as their friend/ brother was no longer a bachelor. He was about to be married man.

Next up bought everyone to tears almost, it was Stella walking down the aisle throwing red flower petals everywhere. "my mommy and daddy are getting married everyone is happy!" she shouted as she threw flowers everywhere. When she finally ran out of flowers she ran up to luke and he picked her up. "You look gorgeous my little lady," he said and kissed her forehead.

All Stella did was laugh but before she could say something it was now Aria and her father's turn to walk down. The music was slow and everyone commented on how beautiful Aria looked.

Aria and her father's arms were linked together but the sight alone made tears fall down Luke's Face. He looked at his wife as if she was the only person in the world. Stella wiped his tears and kissed his forehead. "No crying daddy, mommy is gonna be up here soon," she said and jumped out of her dad's arms.

Stella ran over to Natalie who was a bridesmaid and grabbed her hand. She watched as her mother stepped up onto the altar and smiled. Aria and Luke were finally faced to face. They hadn't seen each other since yesterday night since they didn't wanna have "bad luck".

As the preacher was saying his words, Aria and luke stared at each other, just waiting to say "I do". although it was just words to other people, it wasn't just words for them. it was the fact that he would be with her until he was grey and old. The fact that he could make her dreams come true meant everything.

"you may now say your vows, Luke Martinez," the preacher said and Luke coughed as he took a piece of paper out of his pocket. "I, Luke Martinez commit myself to you, Ari's Martinez as a wife to learn and grow with, to explore and adventure with, to respect you in everything as an equal partner, in the foreknowledge of joy and pain, strength and weariness, direction and doubt, for all the risings and settings of the sun. We tie these knots to symbolize our connection to one another. They represent our trust in each other and our combined strength together." Luke said as Aria started having tears fall down her face. Luke wiped the quickly not wanting her to ruin her makeup. "I love you Aria Rodriguez and I always will". Luke finished speaking and looked to the preacher.

"Aria you may now say your vows," he said and looked at Aria. "From this day going forward, your joy is my joy, your problems are my problems, your heart is my heart, your dreams are my dreams, your life, my life until death do we part. I promise to love you unconditionally, to be devoted to you above all others, and to find in you, my husband, a light that to me is home. I vow to give you everything you've already given me–unconditional love, support, patience, kindness, and a willingness to listen–for the rest of our lives." she said and Luke just wiped his face from the tears he had hearing Aria speak so beautiful words. The preacher continued talking but it was only Aria and luke at that very moment. The two of the felt nothing else except love for each other. "You may now kiss the bride" the preacher finally said.

And they kissed as if it was the last kiss they may ever have...
