Their Sins

Chapter 23

"Goodbye Aria," Emma said and the next thing you heard was a gunshot. The thump of a body falling to the floor. The smell of blood and tears falls to the floor.

Aria opened her eyes slowly expecting it to be her final moments but instead she seen Emma's body on the floor. Her holding her bullet wound. Aria looked over at the door and was shocked at who she seen. It was her mother holding the gun that apparently shot Emma.

"Mom.." Aria said starting to tear up.

Aria got up and ran to her. Natalia looked at Aria with so much love in her eyes. Natalia opened her arms and welcomed Aria into a very loving hug. "I told you I would be here whenever you needed me" Natalia said smiling.

Aria cried onto her mothers shoulder unable to control all of these emotions. She was hurt, scared and confused. She didn't understand everything but she was happy that at this moment she was in her mothers.

The arms she longed to be in. That's when Luke ran "Aria!" He said in an almost panicked tone with Lucas following right behind him. When he looked at Aria with her mother , he just calmed down.

Natalia looked at her daughter with a smile "Go to him sweetheart" she said rubbing her child's head.
Aria went over and hugged Luke for dear life. "I thought I lost you.." he said in an almost whisper tone.

When she pulled away from Luke she was immediately wrapped into another hug by Lucas . "Your brother was right, our feelings stayed the same for you" he said rubbing her head. He kissed her head gently. "We promise to protect for now on." Lucas said letting her go.

When Lucas let her go she went right back over to her mom. She looked at her mother and her mother was honestly beautiful. Natalia stepped closer to Aria and placed a hand on her cheek.

"My God have you've grown" Natalia said looking at her. She was kinda sad that she missed most of her life. She just wished things didn't go the way they did. She wished things could have been absolutely different.

"So you all are just gonna leave me out . We both know I'm the sexiest" a males voice from the doorway said. Aria looked over and seen that it was Max. "Max!" Aria screamed out and tackled Max.

"Oh my god , my sweet baby brother ,'I missed you" Aria said hugging Max tightly. Normally Max would have pushed her away but he could tell she really needed this hug. He hugged her back with so much love.

"I miss you too" Max said. "It's only been like a week though." He said with his sarcastic voice. "A week of me thinking you were dead. A lot has happened" Aria said while looking at him sadly.

"I know but let's just forget about it for now. Let me and mom tell you everything that has happened and why it has happened" Max said getting up and then helping Aria up.

"How did you guys even get here  or know that I was in trouble ?" Aria asked confused still. "Luke called me" Natalia said. "It seems Luke and Lucas have a little crush" Max said teasing Aria.

"Oh shush Max you know they have like her since they were kids" Their mom said smacking Max's arm gently. "Wait what ?" Aria said looking between the two.

"Oh We have a lot to talk about don't we" Lucas said rocking back and forward on his heels. "Your childhood hasn't always been a blur. That's why you didn't know whether your mom was dead or not." Luke said while looking at her

"That's also why you don't remember Luke and Lucas. Well we kinda made you forget them" Natalia said chiming in. "When you were younger you 4 played together everyday, y'all were bestfriends. When I made the deal that caused me to leave you life, they had to leave your life too." She continued on with the story.

"When you asked about them we just told you it was all apart of your imagination. You did have a very vivid imagination too" she said smiling and looking at Aria.

"You had a very big head" Max said laughing. "And you had a big nose" Aria said sticking her tongue out at Max. Natalia couldn't help but laugh because of how cute her kids were. "Now sweetheart are you ready to know why I left ?" Natalia said.

"And why I had to fake my death" Max said.

"And why me and Luke took you under our wing" Lucas said.

And why me and Lucas were erased from your life" Luke said.

"And why I was the monster in your life" another voice chimed in from the door way.

You wouldn't believe who it was...

Okay so next chapter we are getting into more serious topics with a whole bunch of family drama. Being motherless, alone, drinking problems and stuff like that. I also hope you all are enjoying the story so far. Tehee
