Just Like That Gone

I haven't heard anything from Boone since yesterday and I left him a message early this morning and I left a voicemail an hour ago and he hasn't responded, but I'm sure he is just busy but I can't help but worry because there is a killer on campus. I'm in my room right now in the KKT house watching West Side Story. It was mine and Hope's favorite movie growing up and still is, though it is sad at the end. I would hang out with someone but I'm only close to Grace and Zadaya and sort of Hester as well but she left early this morning and Grace is with Pete, Zadaya went out to get somethings. So, that just leaves me alone.

In the middle where Tony is climbing up the fire escape of Maria building, my phone started ringing. I looked to see it was Boone and I picked it up without another beat.

"Hey" I say

"Hey baby, I got your message. I'm sorry I didn't answer sooner, I got held up at the gym and with the Dickie Dollars. I'm sorry if I worried you, I have been missing you the whole day." He says

"It's okay, and I miss you too. It's just been a little crazy at the house especially. Chanel made us undress and then decided to write on our stomachs. She wrote slut on mine." I say and to be honest I'm used to it

"She did what?! She has not right to do that to you. She can't just do that" Boone said shouting into the phone. 

"Boone, it's alright. I'm use to it. It happen at school and some people in the city believe it's okay to say it to our faces even if you don't know them." I say with a sigh

"You shouldn't have to be though. I don't care if it was Chanel or someone else, no one messes with my girl" He says 'My girl' he called me his girl

"Your girl? I'm your girl now?" I say jokingly

"Your always gonna be my girl, no matter what happens. I love you, you know that right?" He says but at the end it sounded like he was holding back a sob

"Yes. I love you Boone. Are you okay?" I asked him

"I'm okay. Hey, I was wondering if you could come over later and we could watch a movie and cuddle and maybe you stay the night again" He says

"As much as I would love that, I can't. It's our last night of hazing and Chanel wants it to be a dinner for us to eat and I already know it's going to be something disgusting" I say not wanting tonight to come.

"Well I'm very sad that you can't come over but I'm happy that your hazing is almost over " He says

"Well, after this over I will have a lot more free time" I say with a smile even though he can't see it

"Than you better get down there for dinner and finish fast because right now I'm already planning a whole weekend of just us. Yep, it's running through my mind right now" He says with a chuckle which made me laugh as well.

"I can't wait" I say 'The feast is ready whores' Chanel shouted from downstairs

"Chanel?" He asked

"Yeah, which means I have to go now. I love you" I say

"I love you more" He says
