After the beach, Finn drove Millie home. They both entered her apartment seeing Ayla, who was frantically pacing back and forth.

"Millie!" she exclaimed running up to her giving her a hug. "I was so worried. I came home last night and saw your mother and I knew something must have happened. I tried calling you but you left your phone here and-"

"I'm fine Ayla. Everything is okay," she reassured her.

Ayla then noticed Finn punching him in his arm, "You idiot why didn't you text me she was with you."

Millie stepped between Ayla and Finn so she won't be able to hit Finn again. "Ayla, it's okay,"

"Yeah it'll be okay after Finn makes breakfast which is the least he can do... for me," she smiled then pushed him to the kitchen.

"You cook?" Millie asked watching Finn open the drawers and fridge taking out the ingredients.

"Don't be so surprised," he said

"Finn you should definitely teach Millie how to cook."

Millie quickly took offense to that, "I'm not that bad of a cook."

"You're a terrible cook," said Ayla

Millie rolled her eyes. the food she cooks is edible enough to eat so Ayla shouldn't complain.

Finn laughed, "It's okay Millie not everyone can be an amazing cook. I'm sure your cooking skills are not as bad as Ayla makes them to be," he reassures giving her a smile.

She smiles back, thanking him for not believing Ayla. Millie excused herself to get changed. She didn't want to have his clothes on much longer. It's just a reminder that she had him for a temporary time, everything in life is temporary.

She's supposed to hate him, dislike him but yet a part of her still loves him.

It was like she was in some sort of trance with him, he always seemed to have control over her. even when she did not want it, it always consumed her.

Finn sat beside Millie and Ayla took the other seat next to her. Ayla immediately started eating her plate. Millie looked down at her plate, three pancakes, two french toast, side of fruit just like Finn's plate. It felt like too much food, she didn't know how she could eat all of that without that voice in the back of her head repeating those words (pig, too fat) that were now engraved into her brain, forever.

"Do you not like it? I can make you something else," said Finn

Millie shook her head, taking a bite, "It tastes delicious," she reassured him.

She didn't want him to be concerned or to even think if she's relapsed, if she's going through the same thing as before. So she ate and ate until she finished her plate.

Once Ayla finished, she excused herself saying she had something important to do but really Millie knew she did not want to clean the dishes, which was fine.

"You really are an amazing cook," she said as she put all the dirty dishes in the sink.

Finn helped her clean up, "I'll give you some cooking lessons. You can't be that bad."

He helps clean the dishes, she washes them while he dries them before putting them away. They talk, enjoying each other's company. Once they finished he says he has to leave to make sure everything is set for the concert.

"You're still coming tonight right?" he asks as he grabs his keys.

"Of course."
