Liz is in the bunker library doing research on how to remove the Mark of Cain, since Dean's done with finding a cure and he told her and Sam to stop searching. Sam listened, but Liz didn't. Liz didn't find anything in Natalie's books, so Liz is on her computer looking for any real physics to help her out. Liz hears footsteps approaching her and she clicks to a different tab that has symbols because Liz has been thinking of getting a tattoo. Dean looks over Liz's shoulder to see a bunch of designs on her computer and he says, "What are you looking at?" Liz says, "Just thinking about getting a tattoo." Dean nods and says, "Okay. Check this out." Dean hands Liz a tablet about an article about an Army private's body found and Dean says, "The Vic was trained in Krav Maga and Jiu Jitsu. Still ended up with her organs drained, and the marrow was sucked completely out of the bones." Liz says, "Cannibalism. You thinking a Rugaru?" Dean says, "Or a God, maybe." Liz nods and says, "I'll go dig up my pencil-neck suit." Liz nods and Dean walks away and Liz sighs. Liz already has one secret she's keeping from Dean and now she has a secret about not telling Dean she's still trying to look for a cure for the Mark. Later, Liz and Dean are on the road because Sam went off go see Jody because she needed help with a case. Liz is on her phone trying to find a psychic to help her, someone like Pamela, someone with powers. Liz knows it's gonna be hard, but it's worth it. Dean glances at Liz's phone to see her looking for psychics and he's confused, and he says, "Why are you looking up psychics?" Liz says, "Reasons." Dean says, "Do those reasons involve me?" Liz doesn't say anything and Dean nods getting his answer and he says, "Look, we have tried everything, and a psychic person isn't gonna help you. Liz, when we work a case, there's always that-- that point... when we have to face the truth, right? Even if we don't like it. Well, truth is... there's no way around this. We saw what happened to Cain, okay? I'm not happy about it. But I got to move on. So, I'm gonna keep doing what we do-- while I still can. And I'd like you to be there with me." Liz sighs and looks out the window.
