Dear Sunshine,
I finally said no to Nathin, but I'm scared. Scared for Sonic Thunder, and scared for myself. I'm scared that Nathin will strike back at us both, real hard where not even I can defeat Nathin that easily. I'm so glad to have a squad that supports me and keep an eye on me, and I also found out from one of the members of the squad that Sonic Thunder is supposed to ask me out today!!!! EEK! I'm so excited, nervous, and scared all at once. I hope you're doing fine with your marefriend, Rainbow Dash, and say hi to everyone, especially mom.
Yours Truly,
Destiny Hope

"Dessy, mom says its time for breakfast," Toby stated as he chewed on a Cinnamon Bun.

"Alright I'll be down in a sec." Toby came into my room and saw that I was writing in my journal.

"What's that you're writing in?" Toby asked politely.

"It's my secret diary," I continued as I closed it and got up from my chair, "and Toby, I love you, but you can never EVER read out of this until you are old enough, understand?" He nodded, eyeing the journal.

"Come on, let's go downstairs for breakfast." Toby held my hand all the way down stairs, but what I saw downstairs nearly gave me a heart attack.

"DADDY!" Toby released my hand and ran to give him a big hug. Toby jumped on top of his lap and gave him a hug and a kiss and dad did the same. I stood by the kitchen doorway, really surprised to see him here at this time of day. Oh wait, that's right... I NEVER SEE HIM AT ANYTIME OF THE DAY!!!!

"Daddy, daddy, did you hear about how Destiny ran away for three weeks and than came back," asked Toby as he released him from the hug. I tensed up, because I knew why he was here away from his enclosed office.

"I know, I heard," continued dad, "say, where is that sister of yours?"

"Right behind you." Toby pointed at me and dad turned in my direction.

"Good to see you again, Destiny," stated dad as he got up from his seat and stood infront of me.

"Good to see you too, father," I replied bitterly as I went past him and poured myself a bowl of cereal. I sat down stiffly at the table and munched on my cereal, while not looking in my father's direction. I could feel my mom's glare from behind me, but I ignored it.

"Look, Destiny..."

"I know, father, you're here on those rare occasions to lecture me about how life is like money like usual, am I right?" He hesitated before he straightened.

"No, not this time," he continued as he stood up, "Toby, go I ahead to school and I'll come and pick you up early from school later on."

"Okay, daddy. I'll be waiting for you at school," Toby stated as he got his oversized book bag and walked out the door, having no clue what-so-ever what dad was about to do to me. He seated himself across from me in his usual business fashion. I still ate the cereal without looking at him.

"Des, I, uh, heard about your little adventure last night from your mother," he stated.

"And."

"And I want know where and what you were doing those three weeks."

"Why do you all of a sudden want to know now, father? If you were really concerned about my whereabouts, you would've came and talked to me the day I came back or the day after that, but instead you come to talk to me after a week has gone by!"

"Des, I know you're emotional..."

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN EMOTIONAL?!?!"

"ISNT THAT WHY YOU RAN AWAY?!?!"
