Gloria walked into the Kitchen and fed the Max Soup to her Hatterene when it was finally ready and she then watched as her Hatterene grew large for a few seconds before turning normal again, she then brought it back and walked into the stadium of the Master Dojo after bringing one of her Pokémon she caught from the Pokémon link Box.
Gloria then nodded to Mustard and walked into the stadium as Mustard told the rest of the Dojo that the match was about to begin.
Gloria took her place opposite of Avery and readied herself for the battle that was about to begin. Gloria then tossed out the Poké Ball and revealed her Slowpoke which seemed to be pitted against Avery's Galarian Ponyta.
"Ponyta use Psybeam!" Avery Shouted as his Ponyta sent out a beam of psychic energy and used it to hit Gloria's Slowpoke with an energy that was somehow stronger than usual.
Gloria watched as her Slowpoke was taken out nearly immediately. Gloria then shook her head and sent out her next Pokémon, which was Duosion.
"Duosion use Psychic!" Gloria shouted as her Duosion used Psychic energy to toss Avery's Ponyta against one wall then the other and Gloria realized that Avery rigged the field with a psychic terrain.
"Go, Swoobat!" Avery shouted as he sent out his Swoobat "Now use Confusion"
Avery's Swoobat then used psychic energy to attack Gloria's Duosion. Gloria watched as the Psychic terrain began to slowly fade away as Gloria's Duosion fainted.
"Go Ivysaur!" Gloria shouted as her Ivysaur came out of it's Poké Ball and then used Seed Bomb as it spat out seeds at Avery's Swoobat and as the Seeds touched anything they exploded. Soon Avery's Swoobat was nearly defeated and Gloria shouted "Ivysaur seed bomb once again!" And her Ivysaur shot some more seeds and fainted Avery's Swoobat.
Avery then sent out his Kadabra and shouted "Kadabra use Psybeam!" Avery's Kadabra then sent out a beam of psychic energy that hit Gloria's Ivysaur extremely hard and quickly defeated her Ivysaur. Gloria then sent out her Alolan Raichu and watched as it surfed in the air on it's tail.
"Raichu use Agility, we have to stack up speed until you are fast as lightning!" Gloria shouted as Avery shouted at his Kadabra.
"Kadabra use Swift!" Avery shouted as his Kadabra shot stars at Gloria's Raichu who flashed out of the way and then Gloria shouted once more.
"Raichu use Thunderbolt!" Gloria shouted as her Raichu shot a powerful blot of thunder at Avery's Kadabra which fainted immediately and then Gloria brought back her Raichu and they both tossed out their new Pokémon.
Avery sent out his Galarian Slowbro, and Gloria sent out her Hatterene and then they both brought their Pokémon back into the Poké Balls. And sent out their Pokémon which were now imbued with the energy of Galar, and suddenly a strange flux in the Dynamax Energy began and their Pokémon turned back normal before going back to their Dynamax forms and Gloria's Hatterene was revealed to be Gigantamaxed.
"Hatterene use G-Max Smite!" Gloria shouted as her Hatterene sent stars around Avery's Slowbro and the stars then met the center with an extreme blast of electricity that then shot straight up into the sky then crashed back into Slowbro and Slowbro staggered and attempted to attack but fell down in an explosion before returning to it's Poké Ball
