The Master Dojo

Gloria walked up to the large building and entered it where she saw trainer all wearing one uniform.

Gloria was then frightened as Avery slammed the door shut behind her and glared at her with an intense level of Malice.

"Welcome, you must be our new student" A woman said as she walked up to Gloria "My name is Honey, welcome to the Master Dojo, we were expecting you and we feared that what Avery here said was true"

"Yeah, you shouldn't be here. You said you wanted to cancel your position!" Avery said in an angered tone as he stared at Gloria who seemed to be extremely frightened by all the pressure.

"Hello, and who might you be?" An old man asked as he entered the room.

"Gloria." Gloria whispered as she looked around at all the trainers in the room.

"Well, Gloria, I'm pleased as Cheese that you could make it." The man said " My name's Mustard, and I need you to battle me before you become an official member of our Dojo, So allow me to heal your Pokémon and we can get started when you're ready"

Gloria nodded as Mustard healed Gloria's Pokémon and then he smiled at her and readied a Poké Ball.

Gloria then brought out her Poké Ball and tossed it revealing a Galarian Slowpoke. Mustard also tossed his Poké Ball revealing his Mienfoo.

"Slowpoke use Confusion!" Gloria shouted as her Slowpoke sent out a signal of psychic energy.

"Mienfoo use U-Turn!" Mustard shouted as his Mienfoo dodged the attack and hit Gloria's Slowpoke, fainting Slowpoke and then switching it with Mustard's other Pokémon Shinx.

"Go Solosis!" Gloria shouted as she sent out her Solosis "Now Solosis use Psyshock!"

Mustard watched as his Shinx got hit by the wave of Psychic energy that went all over the place.

Mustard then watched as his Shinx got back up from the hit and it growled at Gloria's Solosis. Mustard then breathed in, then out and shouted.

"Shinx use Bote!" Mustard shouted as his Shinx bit down on Gloria's Solosis but Solosis fainted at this interaction and Gloria frowned as she tossed out her final Poké Ball.

Her Poké Ball popped open revealing her Hattrem. Gloria then seemed to get serious as she tossed away her jacket and smirked as she finally realized why Victor liked battling so much and she shouted.

"Hattrem, use Psybeam!" Gloria shouted as her Hattrem sent out a beam of psychic energy and fainted Mustard's Shinx. Mustard seemed startled at this sudden change in demeanor as he stared at Gloria who stood there waiting for his next Pokémon.

Mustard then shook his head and tossed back out his Mienfoo and prepared to do finish the battle.

"Mienfoo use Force Palm" Mustard shouted as his Mienfoo went up to Gloria's Hattrem and Shoved it's palm at her Hattrem sending Hattrem back a little, but Hattrem seemed relatively unharmed.

Gloria then smirked before shouting once again.

"Hattrem use Confusion!" Gloria shouted as her Hattrem sent out a signal of psychic energy.

Mustard stared dumbfounded as he realized that he forgot to account that Psychic is strong against Fighting.

"Mienfoo use Fake out!" Mustard shouted as his Mienfoo went to attack Gloria's Hattrem, but Gloria remembered she was allowed to attack at the same time.

"Hattrem use Brutal Swing!" Gloria shouted as her Hattrem beat it's braids against Mustard's Mienfoo until it fainted.

"That was everything I hoped for and more!" Mustard shouted as he grinned from the excitement of the battle "The way you battle really shows me how much you care about your Pokémon! Even if you've come because of a misunderstanding, as long as you have a will to learn... then you're welcome at the Master Dojo! I think we can all help each other become stronger! I'm happy you've come to join us! So on that note, here's your Dojo Uniform!" Mustard then watched as Gloria grabbed the uniform and rushed to the restroom to change, and when she came back he continued to speak, but to the entire dojo this time.

"With that on, you'll fit right in with the students of my Master Dojo. Now then! With Gloria here now, the dojo's at max capacity! It's time to really start our training! You'll all be facing three trials." Mustard said loud enough for the entire dojo to hear.
