Finney's pov
Me and Gwen were walking to school and she stopped me.
"Why would you do that to Robin?!" Gwen yelled.
"Lower your voice!" I whisper loudly.
"What are you even going on about." I say annoyed and confused.
"Well. Everyone knows you rejected Robin rudely." Gwen says rolling her eyes.
I was in shock. Gwen went on about it, but, why? Why would he lie and tell everyone that I-
"Finney, did you? Did you tell him that your homophobic?!" Gwen asks mad.
What in the world. That was so random. What is wrong with Robin?!
"No! He lied to the school! He dumped me! Well not really dumped-" before I could finish Gwen interrupts me.
"WHAT?!" Gwen took a few breaths in and out.
We kept on walking. As soon as I was in front of school a bunch of kids were staring at me.
"What the hell are you all looking at?!" Gwen yelled at all of them.
"Finney watch out for Moose! He knows Robin probably won't protect you know." Gwen tells me before leaving.
Im pretty sure I'm fine though I just never told her about what I did to Moose.
(Time skip)
Gwen was right. Moose has been trying to get to me all day. But like not in a way to fight right here. To talk? Like actually talk it's weird.
At lunch Bruce sat next to he sighed as soon as he sat down.
"Vance went to sit next to Robin." He said playing with his food.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
"I, um, nothing." He says looking down. He sounds like he's about to cry.
"Sure, let me guess. You like Vance?" I say while he looks up.
"How? How did you know?" He asks.
"Lucky guess." I shrug.
Robin's pov
Vance sits next to me.
"Hay Vance," I say looking at him with a smile "how's your day?"
"Terrible." He replies angry like.
"Jesus, why?" I ask him.
"Because!- because.... I- well-"
"Oh my god!" I say annoyed "Just answer!"
"Ok, I like Bruce, a lot. But I honestly don't want what happened to you happen to me." He tells me.
I paused.
"Vance," I turn to him "I lied."
His mouth opens wide.
"I was the one that told Finney that we can't be together. I'm not homophobic! But, I still lied. Because I was mad."
"Holy shit!" Vance says.
"You lied to the entire school?!" Vance yelled.
"Would you stop yelling?!" I yelled at him.
"Sorry, but to find out you best friend lied to you and the entire school is a lot." Vance said more quite.
"Look I'm sorry that I didn't tell you the truth." I tell him.
"It's whatever. But you have to apologize to Finn." Vance tells me.
"Hey! It Finney to you!" I tell Vance.
"Well if you and Finney aren't even friends why can't I say Finn?"
I rolled my eyes.
I guess I would have to apologize. Even if it means being yelled at by Finn- Finney.
