Amoux rams towards the army of prisoners as Michael and Violet followed. As they were approaching Vigor's fortress, Dire interferes. "Amoux." said Dire. "Dire. It's been some time." said Amoux. "Indeed it has." said Dire as he pulled out his swords. "Michael, Violet. Go save your family. I'll handle him." said Amoux as the two ran off. "Dire...we don't have to do this. Let's talk this over." said Amoux. "I refuse to yield to you. I'd rather let the fighting do the talking." said Dire as he got into his fighting stance. "As you wish." said Amoux as he phased into his wolf form, pulls out his bifurcated fan axes and gets into his fighting stance. Dire then charges towards Amoux as he parries his attack and delivers a blow to the face as he kicks him to the ground. Dire stood and wiped his mouth. "You have great strength. More of a challenge." said Dire as the two continued to fight. Meanwhile, Michael and Violet scrambled through the crowd to find their family, when they spot them taking down a few wolves. "There they are!" said Michael. "They have the goggles! We need to take those off them! I have an idea, follow my lead!" said Violet as she turned invisible and Michael charges towards them, getting their attention. "Michael NOW!!" said Violet as he threw a smoke bomb. Violet sneaks in and takes off their goggles. "Ugh my head." said Dash as he held his head. "Guys! Get up!" said Michael. "What's going on?" asked Helen. "Vigor has taken over the city. We need to stop Screenslaver. As for Vigor, he has the Mythic Wolf Blades." said Violet. "Where's Chris?" asked Bob. "He's fighting Dire right now. Once he's defeated then we can stop Vigor together." said Michael as everyone smiled. Meanwhile at the Sanctuary, Carla and Luna were in their den, waiting for Chris and the others returned. "Mommy? I'm worried about Daddy. What if he needs help?" said Luna. "I'm just as worried as you are, sweetie. But you heard your father. We have to stay here." said Carla as she heads to the guard wolves. Luna walks from the den as she sees the city in the distance. "Oh, Daddy. Please come home safe." she said. Back in the city, Amoux and Dire continued to brawl throughout the city. They were both beaten down. Dire then delivered an uppercut to Amoux as he fell down to the ground. "Like father...like son." said Dire. That lit a flame under Amoux as he jumped back up and headbutts him as Dire stumbled. Both of them struggled to stand as both were breathing heavily. Dire then takes off his cloak, revealing his bruises on his body. Amoux does the same as the two continued to fight, bare fist. The two delivered back and forth punches as Dire gain the upper hand and knocks Amoux to the ground. Dire then takes a sword. "This...ends...here, Amoux." said Dire as he lifted his sword up. "Dire. I know that your angry. About your tribe." said Amoux. "Do not speak of my tribe!! You and your tribe killed them!! Your tribe killed my family! I lost everything because of them." said Dire as he kicks him to the ground. "Well you were told wrong. Vigor...was the one who killed your tribe." said Amoux as he sat up. "Impossible. Vigor told me you killed them." said Dire. "Why do you think he told you? Dire...remember when we were kids? We would play together in the woods all the time. Our tribes were at peace. How would your family feel if they see you joining forces of evil?" asked Amoux. Dire was speechless and pulls out a necklace that had a picture of his family. He drops his sickles and fell on his knees. He then looks around and sees the chaos in the city that he caused. "What have I done?" said Dire in his thoughts. Amoux then stood. "Dire...join us in battle...and I promise you, I can help you live a better life." said Amoux as he held his hand out. Meanwhile, the Incredibles and the supers reunited before being joined by Amoux and Dire. "Amoux! You made it." said Violet. "And I managed to bring another ally." said Amoux as Dire nodded. "Come on. Let's end Vigor...for good." said Amoux as the heroes rushed to Vigor's fortress.
