The court, proceeds with the hearing kushal informs the judge about ananya's attitude harsh behaviour towards aditi when she was sent by the court to stay with her by presenting hospital report as well as statement from the doctor he truthfully informs in which condition she was brought to the hospital.

The clip from her house is presented which was secretly filmed by their house helper on demand of huge sum of money from sidharth. It clearly shows what kind of behaviour they had while dealing with an innocent child.

Every evidence, worked in their favour giving no chance to their opponents to question or justify by giving reason, as no reason will work in their favour that is why sidharth was so calm during their wedding, shehnaaz understood.

"Yeh jhoot hai, my lord sidharth ko sazah mil ne chahiye how could he use his money to film anything at my place ?" ananya shouts unable to take defeat, it can't happen, she can't lose from him.

The judge handed over custody to sidharth and shehnaaz as her legal parents making them emotional "yayyy, daddy !!!!!" climbs over sidharth, swirls her in his arms meanwhile shehnaaz giggles admiring her lifelines.

"I love you, mrs sidharth malhotra 🥰" sidharth confessed, hugging shehnaaz ananya fumes in rage unable to lose the battle against him as they wanted his ego to break, his happiness to shatter by snatching his daughter away.

"Kya zaroorat thi harsh hone ki dekha saara khail tumne kharab kardiya" arjun blames ananya for ruining their case as well as wasting his money.

"Like seriously, tum mujhe blame kar rahe ho ?" ananya, questions back.

"What do you even expect ?" rolling eyes, arjun leaves without tagging ananya along shattering her pride in front of sidharth.

"Mazah aya, haar ka swaad chakh kar ?" shehnaaz asks, irking ananya.

"You, mind your bloody tongue !" sidharth orders her to back off from his wife.

"Don't you dare touch her !" ananya felt humiliated.

"Why so shocked, huh ???" unable to face them, walks out, dropping her head down with shame.

"I hope she never stays in peace" sidharth says to shehnaaz "chodiye jaise ko taisa mil kar rehta hai chaliye ghar party karte hain" aditi, joyfully holds their hands while happily, walking out from court room.
