The Dream

 Ryo shielded his eyes as the helicopter flew away. He wanted to go after that helicopter so badly; But he knew he couldn't. It pained him to know that his girlfriend was in danger and he couldn't even help her!

Jax saw how stress he was. So, Jax approached him and then patted Ryo's back with his strong hand. "It's all right bro." Jax told him. "We'll find her. But you know that we can't just barge in there without a plan."

Ryo let out a sigh and then lowered his arm and turned away. "Yeah you're right..." Ryo trailed off, distantly looking down at his feet.

Jax frowned, then turned away. "Let's head inside and come up with a plan." As he left, he grabbed Star's hand and dragged her inside. Shad bounced after them as Finn and Shiela did the same, leaving Ryo alone.

Ryo's shoulders slumped as he began to mutter to himself. "She better be all right...If they hurt her in any kind of way, I swear that I will kill them."

Ryo's hand turned into a fist as he glared at his feet. Eventually, he let out a breath and made himself calmer. With Payton in his mind, he made himself turn around and anter the airship with his friends.

"Honey let me look at the baby!"

I looked up at my husband, Ryo, as he held the child in his arms. My mother squealed with delight as Ryo gently placed the baby in her arms. The baby giggled as my mother smiled and bounced her around.

"Oh she's wonderful!" My mother commented as my little baby girl giggled again. "Darling get down here! Payton just came by!"

I heard someone running down the stairs. By the way they sounded, I could tell that they were excited. I guessed right, too.

I saw my Father come down and rush to my mother's side. He greeted me with a quick kiss on the cheek, and with Ryo, he gave a good handshake. That didn't last very long, however. His attention went straight to the baby afterward.

He smiled himself and made strange noises, which made my child laugh with delight. I gave Ryo a grin before leaning my head against his shoulder. He draped his arm over my shoulders and we watched my parents play with the child.

Suddenly, the front door burst opened. I lifted my head and peeked over my shoulder, wondering who was randomly bursting into the house.

I rolled my eyes when they walked inside. "You do a good job at knocking. " I told them sarcastically.

Starletta laughed as she held Jax's hand. The whole group came by actually! Star, Jax, and Star's parents. Shiela came with her Father with Finn right behind her. They decided to stay friends...For now, at least. I wasn't sure what was going on with them, but I knew that some time they were going to date...Someday. Maybe...Hopefully.

"Let me see the kiddo!" Star exclaimed. He broke away from Jax's grasp and ran over to where my mom was holding the kid.

Star smiled and then politely asked if she could hold her. My mom agreed and carefully placed the fragile baby in Star's arms. Star chuckled as the kid tried to grab the hair that was covering one of her eyes.

"She's so adorable!" Star squealed.

"Did you pick a name yet...?" Shiela asked flatly. I looked into her eyes, and knew instantly that she was excited as well. I've been friends with her for as long as I could remember...I know when she's excited or not.

I looked up at Ryo, and he shrugged his shoulders with a face that said, 'I have no idea'. I laughed at this then turned back to Shiela.
