RHAENYRA WALKS NEXT TO DAEMON WITH HER TWO CHILDREN BEHIND HER, they walked into the dining room and her Husband made sure to keep her next to him and her Father. He had a feeling that the greens were up to something and he was not going to let them play his Wife like that, Lucerys and Jacaerys knew there was something going on too. They overhear Aegon and Aemond talking about her sometimes, but never in a horrible way. They wanted to keep their Mother away from being tricked, so they were going to protect her from now on.
Though, the Black's sat waiting for Viserys and the green's patienyly. They knew they were a little early but Rhaenyra didn't want anymore name calling come from anyone, she just wanted to have one peaceful supper with her family.
A couple of minutes later, the rest of the family walked in, Alicent sat on Rhaenyra's right though the King would be sitting in the middle of them. They both gave each other smiles before settling their children down, Aegon and Aemond stayed standing talking about whatever and Helaena was showing something to Otto to distract him after seeing he was glaring daggers into her sister's head.
Rhaenyra sat there awkwardly as Daemon grabbed her hand, she looked at her husband and smiled. The man besides her was glaring at the greens while showing love and affection to his wife, he knew what they were doing and hated it, he knew he had to protect his wife and keep her away from them. But a selfish part of him wanted to lock her away in Dragonstone so that no one would hurt her whenever he wasn't around. He'd seen the way Otto glared at her and how he muttered to himself and he had seen a huge change within the Queen and her children whenever they were near his wife.
Soon enough the doors open causing everyone who was sitting down to stand up, in came the King who was sitting on his seat with the guards lifting him in. Silence had fell upon everyone as the stared at Viserys who was being carried around the table to sit in between his wife and daughter. Once again, everyone has now sat around the table quietly staring at the King.
"How good it is to see you all tonight, together." He said staring at the greens before turning to the blacks making Rhaenyra look away slightly, she hated seeing her father in such condition. "This is an occasion for celebration it seems, my Grandsons Jace and Luke will marry their cousins Baela and Rhaena further strengthening the bond between our houses a toast to the young Princes and their betroths."
"Hear! Hear!" Daemon calls out with a smile making Rhaenyra match him while lifting up her cup.
She glanced across at her sons and saw Aegon saying something to Jace who glanced at his Uncle annoyed. "And a toast as well to Prince Lucerys, a future Lord of the Tides."
"Hear, hear." Rhaena says quietly as everyone again drank from their cups. "You'll be great." This caused Rhaenyra to look at them with a smile, she knew this was a good idea for the two of them.
