Lenora sat at the head of the table. Behind her, Ser Eudo and Vernon stood on either side of her. Tyrion sat as her kings hand to her right. The rest of the small council was... disappointing. Grand Maester Pycelle still hasn't arrived, her master of coin Baelish looked as smug as ever. Lenora already wanted to punch him but she will withhold herself for now. And Varys sat quietly and observed the Queen.
"Maester Pycelle has the tendency to run late to last minute meetings. Might I suggest we start the meeting?" Lenora side eyed Varys and nodded.
She stood confidently and walked around the table to the map that was laid out. "Tomorrow at noon, people will crowd the gates of the Red Keep to find work. Either at farms or at the wall."
Varys fixed his posture. "And this is because of...?" He trailed off.
Lenora smirked. "I left a good impression." She felt as smug as Baelish looked. "Varys. You're my master of whispers. Where are the Starks and their bannermen?"
"Travelling South along the kings road."
Lenora nodded. "Good. It will be easier for us to find them. Ser Eudo and Ser Vernon are to escort the volunteers North. Stop at every farm along the kings road and see if they need any workers. If they don't, leave immediately. If they do, pay the farm owner with enough silver to pay for the workers yearly wage and a little extra to house the workers.
When you get to Robb Stark and still have volunteers, offer them to work in the Norths farms. Ser Eudo, you will depart from Ser Vernon at this point. Any men who want to join the knights watch you will escort them to castle black. After, you are to return to Ser Vernon then return to kings landing."
Lenora took a deep breath and gave anyone a chance to speak their peace. No one said anything so she took it as a chance to continue.
"Where is Ned Starks body?"
Tyrion shifted. "His body is in the dungeons. His head however is hanging of the wall."
Lenora pinched the bridge of her nose. "Of course it is." She muttered to herself. "Take it down, and send it with Ser Vernon to Robb Stark. I'll have the Lady Sansa prepare a letter to her mother and brother. Hopefully she doesn't demand her brother to kill us all."
Baelish nodded approvingly. "Might I suggest sending a diplomatic advisor along? Robb Stark will actually believe you if he knows he can trust you."
"Let me guess." Tyrion started, taking a sip from his wine. "The diplomatic advisor shall be you?"
Baelish smirked. "If it pleases her majesty."
Lenora shrugged. She hated Baelish so if he convinetally never returns so be it. "See to it then, Lord Baelish."
The door opening brought the attention of everyone in the room to Cersei. "Oh Gods..." Lenora grabbed the cup of wine from her uncle and took a quick sip. Tyrion frowned. His wine.
"What is the meaning of this?" Cersei demanded of her daughter.
Lenora waved her hands around. "This is a small council meeting mother. And sorry, but I don't think you were invited."
Cersei was baffled. "I am Queen Regent!"
"And I am the Queen!" Lenora slammed her palms over the table. "Maybe you have forgotten, as you let Joffery rule the kingdoms to shit. Three armies march towards kings landing. Daenerys Targaryen is becoming more powerful by the day- we are royally fucked because of you and Joffery."
Lenora licked her lips and laughed. "Unless you've come with battle tactics. Then unfortunately there is no use for you here." Cersei wanted to scream at her daughter. To slap her across the face for talking to her own mother like that. But instead she bit her tongue and stormed away. Appearently she raised two monsters.

"I was not expecting this many people." Lenora scratched her eyebrow as she looked out the window. "How many are there?"
Lupus shrugged. "Maybe six hundred. Maybe more." He smiled at the gathering people outside. He wished he had seen the rant Lenora went on yesterday.
"Your Geace." A Knight opened the door. "The Lady Sansa."
Sansa walked in with multiple scrolls, all sealed and ready to be hand delivered to her family. The knight closed the door without word and Lenora was alone with Lupus and Sansa. The two girls smiled at each other.
"Lady Sansa. Is everything ready to go?" Lenora offered a seat at the table to Sansa and set next to her.
"All ready." Sansa glanced to the Knight on the balcony.
Lenora turned behind her and motioned for him to come in. "Sansa. This is Ser Lupus. He is going to be your person guard from now on."
Lupus bowed to Sansa. "Pleasure to serve you, my lady."
"Ser Lupus will watch over you while I'm away."
Sansa's attention snapped to Lenora. "Where are you going?"
"To Dragonstone to speak with my uncle Stannis." Sansa wanted to argue. She shouldn't. She can't leave her again. Lenora held her hand up, she knew what she wanted to say. "Dragonstone is only a days trip away on ship. I'll be back in a week."
The ginger nodded. Not like she could disobey her Queen.
"Stannis sent a letter. He swore guest rite." Lenora stood and grabbed Sansa's hand. "The sooner I get this over with the sooner you can go home."
Sansa reached for Lenoras hand and walked where she led her. "Promise not to go away again?"
Lenora pretended to think about it. "Hmm. I was out of it for a month last time?" Sansa nodded. "How about... three weeks maximum?"
The girls giggled. "That will be adequate, my Queen."
Ser Lupus looked at Lenora. Then to Sansa. Then to Lenora. To Sansa again. Then, to their joint hands. Oh?
"I leave at sun down."
The smile slowly left Sansa's face. "So soon?"
Lenora nodded. "That way we will get there early in the morning. Wrap up our negotiations, then be back in Kingslanding within a week."
"If you're not back in a week I'll begin to worry."
Lenora shrugged. "Negotiations may take some time."
"Fine. If you're not back within three weeks, I'll come get you myself."
Lupus and Lenora laughed at Sansa. "As you say my Lady."
