Chapter 1

At the hospital, the doctor and nurses were trying to bring a boy named Sohyun back to life with CPR, but they couldn't.

The room was filled with a continuous beeping sound, and Sohyun's parents were sobbing loudly in fear while praying from the depths of their hearts that God may save their precious child.

They begged the doctor to save their son desperately, but the doctor knew it was useless, as he has done everything he could do to bring him back to life. The doctor stopped CPR and glanced at his watch, then said, "At 10:32 PM. on January 10th, patient 'Yoon Sohyun' passed away. May he rest in peace."

Sohyun's mother begged, "Doctor, save my son~ Do not give up, please! Bring him back to me! Aaahhh~"
She desperately grabbed the doctor's hand and kept begging him as her husband tried to hold her back while he was crying because of the grief he had felt in his heart. The doctor remained silent and held his head down out of lameness...

When everyone was immersed in their own helplessness, Sohyun suddenly gasped deeply and opened his eyes wide.

"Beep... Beep... Beep..."

Everyone's attention was focused on Sohyun. They were frozen in shock for a few seconds, wondering what was happening. Then the nurse broke the silence and said as her voice trembled, "He's back! He's alive, Doctor!"

The doctor checked Sohyun's vital signs immediately while Sohyun's parents stared at him with bated breath.

He was completely shocked and couldn't believe Sohyun was alive again. A tense feeling filled the air in the room as the doctor examined him. "Sohyun, if you can hear me blink twice for me."

Sohyun breathed heavily and then blinked twice for the doctor, but the thing he couldn't understand was, Why did he call him 'Sohyun'?

He thought, Where am I? Have I survived? Or is this heaven?...

The doctor turned his face towards Sohyun's parents and told them that miraculously, Sohyun is conscious now, while he was smiling, "He's back, Mr. & Mrs. Lee!"
Sohyun's parents burst out crying from happiness and shock, "Oh my God! Thank you! Thank God!"

Sohyun wondered as he looked at those strangers, Who are they?! Don't tell me they're the bosses of those gangsters! What should I do?!

Sohyun was totally scared and shocked, which caused him a terrible headache, and he drifted to sleep as his eyes got closed.

That night was a chaotic situation where So-Ah struggled between death and life in the middle of the street, thinking it was unfair to die like this. On the other hand, it was Sohyun lying on the hospital bed whose time was tragically over while everyone was praying hopelessly for him to come back.
So-Ah's soul and Sohyun's body became one that night...
