Tomoko woke up and smelled something cooking in the kitchen so she got up. This time she was able to stand but needed to support herself on a table to walk. Once she got to the kitchen, she saw Izuku cooking.
Izuku: "Good morning Shiretoko. Have a seat and eat, I'm sure you have questions, and I'll answer a few after you eat."
She did as she was told and sat down to eat. As she ate she noticed him adjusting bandages around his body, that would be one of her questions. They ate in silence until they were both done.
Izuku: "Alright go ahead and ask, I only wish that you don't share this with anyone."
Tomoko: "You're a vigilante, and pretty good one too, why didn't you become a hero?"
Izuku: "It's because of my quirk, it's called Eagle Vision, though it does more than enhance my sight. It allows me to see, or sense, people, I can see if they'll have ill will towards me, they usually have a red tint around them, if I have someone I want to get to, or kill in my vigilante work, they turn gold, or if they're an ally, they're green. Police and heros are blue, or neutral, it's their job to stop me so they aren't enemies, just obstacles, I can also see these colors through walls. I tried for a few hero schools but they all required physical portions that I just couldn't pass."
Tomoko knew just how biased hero schools had gotten in recent times, hell she's lucky she got into UA when she did or else her search quirk wouldn't have been seen by the public at all.
Tomoko: "I see. And I assume you kill because unlike Eraserhead, you're not able to erase quirks. Why are you going to let me leave once I'm better?"
Izuku: "I looked at you, and you were green, not blue, not even red, but green, so I believe you're trust worthy. And even if you weren't, I have no interest in killing heros."
They talked for a while longer, then Tomoko noticed some sort of metal rectangle in the sleeve of a hoodie he was putting on. When she asked what it was, he flexed a muscle she couldn't see, and a blade came out of the sleeve, just a few inches longer than his hand, which she just noticed was missing the ring finger.
Izuku: "I call it a hidden blade, when I flex a certain muscle on the underside of my forearm, it activates, to retract the blade I just flex again. To make it less conspicuous, I kept it small but because of that I have to sacrifice my ring finger so it's not cut off by the blade on accident."
Tomoko scooted her chair closer and started to look at it to see if she could understand how it worked, she couldn't. He then left for a few hours before coming back, covered in blood. She still couldn't walk properly at all, so she hobbled over the best she could.
Tomoko: "What happened to you?"
Izuku: "Would it make you feel better if I said most of it isn't mine Shiretoko?"
She shook her head and sat back down to let him clean himself up. She figured he'd been in worse shape before so she just let him be. That's when she realized that she had gotten so casual with a very dangerous vigilante in just two days, and she had already promised to not tell anyone, anything about what she'd learned about him. She rationalize that it must have just been payment for saving her, but that didn't answer why she was green in his eagle vision. She subconsciously tried to use Search to find out more about him, only to be reminded that she didn't have it anymore. This brought a saddened look to her face as she was reminded of how hollow she felt without her quirk, and how desperately she wanted it back so she could help people again. Izuku saw this and decided to try to cheer her up.
Izuku: "If it makes you feel any better, I sent anonymous messages to the WWP, UA, and the hero association stating that you were alive and recovering."
This managed to help a little, but not a lot. He then went to the kitchen to make dinner, only to realize he forgot to grab groceries, so he ordered them a pizza to eat. Tomoko was able to answer the door before Izuku, somehow, and got scolded because the delivery man could've recognized her and they were lucky there weren't heros knocking down all four of his walls at that moment.
After they ate, they watched some TV, and then Izuku went off to what Tomoko assumed was his room to sleep. She then laid down and fell asleep too, still trying to rationalize why she wanted to be friends with the teenage vigilante.
