A Series of Events

When Mariette Moore Re-effected the curse and became the sole cursed survivor, she still had the soul of the beta king trapped within her. The curse was unbreakable in the absence of an alpha god, however,

...the light elves foresee a special kind of magic...time.

The same magic they used to show Reina and her gang the truth about their pasts is the same magic the pure elves used on Mariette. The truth she would be shown however, was not her own...but the truth of the soul the slept within her.

Centuries flashed before Mariette as she re-gained all the memories of the beta king. When she was finally up to date, her left and right eyes were of different colours. Through her left eye that remained brown, Mariette would see as Mariette. However, through her right eye that was now green, Mariette would see life as the beta king. Now, with all her new memories...Mariette was no longer just Mariette...

...she was the king of the beta realm.

...and as king of the beta realm, there something she had to do.

...

When the alpha king broke the contract of peace with the beta king, his son was sealed in a cursed prison as a sacrifice to the beta king. This prison was located in the space between two realms...

...the void.

The void is an empty space of nothingness, it exists everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Since the time the contract had been broken, the alpha king's son had been trapped within this void. Also, because of the nature of the curse of the contract, not only did the beta king have claim to the alpha king's son, but he also had control over his fate too.

...

The cosmos had always been made of nine realms. One of these realms, is the realm of the chaotic giants. The chaotic giants are mindless beings that only cause death and destruction, they multiply ice and fire giants at least a dozen times in size.

Chaotic giants carry a certain type of anti-magic which makes them deadly to even gods. Around chaotic giants, all gods lose their immortality...

...all gods except the ones of royal blood.

The only weapon in the whole cosmos that could kill a god of royal blood is the cursed weapon of the mortal realm- the blade of absolute death. And the only person who knows of its location is the beta king.

...

When Shade Shadows was sent to the mortal realm, he was sent to cross the seas and find the cursed weapon that could kill even the royal gods. The mortal realm had many seas though, and Shade didn't have enough of the potion from the dark realm to cross them all. Therefore, at the height of a cliff, shade perched...

...waiting.

...

Even with the cursed blade of his mother, it took Ymir three days and three nights to fight his way into the castle of the fire realm. The fire giants were very strong and rageful beings who seemed to be unwelcoming to any being other than another fire giant.

The closer Ymir got to the cursed hammer, the more he could feel the heat of it burning through his heart. It was as if the weapon was calling to him. Before he got to it, Ymir had suffered grave injuries. His father's hammer was being well guarded by the giants- none of which could seem to wield it.

When he finally gripped his hands around the hammer, Ymir could feel the grave injuries he suffered burn away. Since already gaining the strength of one cursed weapon, Ymir had become even stronger by wielding another. At the sight of Ymir raising the hammer above his head, all the fire giants around the realm bowed down in fear...

...to their new king.

Before returning to the beta realm as king, Mariette appeared in the void to decide the fate of the alpha king's sons. As the acting beta king, Mariette had already decided to re-spark the immortal war against the alpha realm, however, before doing so she demanded answers...

...answers as to why the alpha king would break the contract.

The alpha king's son would then explain the tale of the two alpha kings; The king that signed the contract and the king that broke it. In exchange for this information, the alpha king's son asked the beta king for two things in return. The first was an answer to a question and the second was a request for the beta king to end the Alpha prince's life.

...which he did.

Following the death of the alpha king's son, Shade would gain immortality and the memories of the alpha prince. He would also remember the conversation the prince just had with the beta king. With these memories, he would dive into the seas of the mortal realm and begin his search for the blade of absolute death.
