Arielle breathed in and out, trying to calm down her nerves. She got this, well atleast Taylor told her that.

"And action!" the director of the first episode, Hugh Moore yelled.

Aurora looked at the prestigious precinct that stood right in front of her, well at last she was here. Staring at the 21st district, Aurora realised how lucky she actually was. People would kill to work even as a patrol officer at the 21st and here she was, detective Aurora King. The newest member of the intelligence unit. She shuddered out a sigh and walked cautiously inside, afraid she would trip and embarrass herself on her first day.

"Uhm hi" Aurora meekly called out, to which the Sargent looked up from her files, did a nasty once over of her and continued to do her work. Confidence. She needed to stand her ground.

"Excuse me? I would like to meet up with Sargent Hank Voight" she said again but now in a loud, clear voice. The Sargent snorted, agitating the pissed off girl.

"I'm sure he would love to know that the detective Chief Gerald sent was treated with no respect at 21st precinct. Sargent Trudy Platt, is it?" Aurora smirked knowing she had sent her message loud and clear. All the Sargent could do was glare at her and that's when she knew she had make her first enemy. "Detective Aurora King. 3rd battalion, 75th ranger regiment at your service" Aurora slightly grinned knowing she had shooked THE Trudy Platt.

Trudy did not acknowledge the fact that a newbie had just threatened her so she just stared at her, murderously and replied, "I'll buzz you up."

Aurora passed on a smile to Trudy again, just to say she wasn't a bitch and walked up to buzz herself in.

"And cut!" Hugh yelled, passing next to Arielle giving her a fist bump. Well that went great.

She was too busy thinking about her first scene that she didn't even see Jesse walking up to her. "So I read the script today........ didn't realise that we play each others love interest." Jesse muttered awkwardly, rubbing his neck nervously.

"Jesse, we're professional people. Hell we do this for a living. I don't mind." Arielle replied amused by her behaviour and she was about to leave when she impulsively turned around again, "I need coffee like really bad right now before the next scene starts. I might like a friend who would wanna accompany this damsel in distress." she asked suggestively, just wanting to be his friend.

Jesse raised his eyebrows at the girl who just a few weeks ago, wanted nothing to do with him but he knew that being friends was the best move they ever could make. With a small nod, they both started walking  towards the break room, enjoying the silence.

"Action!"

Aurora walked upstairs only to find hank yelling at someone on the phone. She shook her head and sighed feeling bad for the person who pissed him off today.

"Voight!" she yelled from the desk, seeing him mumble a curse word.

She looked at her side and saw a blonde haired man looking at her with confusion in his eyes.

"What? Can't you see I'm busy?" he yelled angrily, not realising who he was talking to.

"Uncle hank, you wound me. Is that how you greet your goddaughter now? Tsk tsk I should've known that those pills would cause you memory loss. " she gasped, feigning a wounded look.

"Aurora Camille King" he put the phone down slowly and  shook his head with a grin plastered on his face.

"in the flesh." Aurora giggled, just wanting to hug her godfather.

"Anddddd cut!"
