"Why her?" they asked him.

It was a simple question but god knows how hard it was to answer it.

Her. She was herself.

"Why her?" he murmured to himself. The answer was self-explanatory.

"Why anyone else? When she exists." He replied a looking ahead as if he was imagining her face; the smile on his face grew second by second.

"She had my heart before i even talked to her. Oxygen. She's like my oxygen. A second away from her feels like pure agony. My mind won't function properly without being intoxicated by her. People need coffee whenever they wake up to feel awake; alive but a while ago, i realized that all i needed was her. She was my coffee. My drug. It's simple. With her? I'm everything. Without her, I'm nothing. She's my everything. And the first time she looked at me even though she disliked me, her eyes they sparkled."

"Like the stars?" They asked him.

He turned around; his eyes huge as he whispered, "exactly like the stars."

And right there he realized; centuries ago in a different life, their souls were interlinked just like this time and this time, he saw his future. With her and god knows, he was prepared to give up everything for her even his life.

It was simple.

He was in love;

Madly in love with her.
