What happens when her abusive foster father get...
I wake up from another nightmare. I jolt out of bed as I race to the bathroom to throw up. It's been a week since all of the guys have found out and I've stayed home from school as they said I needed rest. Today will be my first day back and I feel more depressed than ever.
Over the past week, I've been home so I've had a lot of time to be alone in my thoughts which lead to more cutting. When I look at my body in the mirror I can see my bruises and injuries fading, but my cuts have tripled. Maybe even quadrupled. There's not a single place of skin on my body that isn't filled by self-inflicted cuts.
It's still early in the morning, but I take an ice cold shower like every other morning and put on black sweatpants with a black sweatshirt.

Once I got dressed I slipped on some shoes and put on a necklace. I spent the remainder of my time just sitting at my desk while it rains outside. I love the rain, but it doesn't always help my depression. I see the sun trying to come up through the rainy sky so I quietly walk downstairs and out the door to the backyard. There I sit on a bench under the gazebo. I listen and watch the rain as my body shivers from the cold. It's as tho I'm in a trance until I hear yelling from the back door. "Aria! Come inside before you get sick" Axel yells
My head snaps towards him and I lift my body up and drag it to the house. Once inside Axel wraps me in a warm blanket and looks me up and down. "Are you alright?" He asks concerned. I robotically nod my head in return. Axel grabs my hand and walks me to the living room. "It's too late for breakfast, so you'll just have a big lunch. Come on, it's your first day back!" He says cheerfully while slinging my backpack on his back. Luckily I only have to wear the brace for my ribs when I'm at home, but I do have to keep wearing my sling.
After saying goodbye to all my brothers, the twins, Caleb, and I head to school. Ace speeds down the road, but I keep my eyes on the outdoors. Once we pull into the parking lot, I hop out the car and walk as fast as I can into the school and to my first period class which is AP English.
I take a seat in the back of the classroom even though my assigned seat isn't there. But quit honestly, I couldn't care less. If I get in trouble, oh well. If I get detention, oh well. If I die, yayyy.....
Saying that I was early to class, I watch as everyone makes their way through the door and sit in their seats. Once Layla comes through the door she looks towards my assigned seat but once she sees i'm gone she looks around the room to make eye contact with me. Her eyes light up, but then turns to concern and gives me a gyrations look. I look down as I feel bad and guilty for how she may feel. I look up as the door opens and closes once again to see Jackson and Luke coming over to me. They always sit in the back so I guess I shouldn't have expected otherwise.
"There you are sweet-cheeks, we were getting worried" Luke says as he sits in the seat in front of me, straddling his chair.
