Aria's POV:
After my conversation with Elijah, I think I understand periods now. A girl will get their period at least once a month and may last anywhere from 4 days to possibly 7. I will get my period every month until I get pregnant-which I'm not supposed to do. Elijah made it very clear that he does not want me going out and getting pregnant.
"Okay, Nic just came back from the store with a bunch more supplies than you got as well as a few other things. He got multiple different sizes of pads as well as some tampons. Do you know which one you want?" Elijah says coming back in my room with a few bags filled with stuff.
"What's tampons?" I ask curiously
"Um, It works the same way as a pad, but you just, uh, stick it up there?" Elijah coughs awkwardly while scratching the back of his head with rosy cheeks.
"I-I don't think I want those" I say before he gives me a box of pads. I mumble a quiet thank you then head to the bathroom to clean up. There, I also put on some black sweatpants and one of my brothers large sweatshirt that smells like their cologne, that I make have "forgot" to return.
After I get changes and have my fuzzy slippers on, I walk hand-in-hand with Elijah down the stairs and onto the couch.
"Hey princess, how about we watch some movies today? I have a heating pad and some snacks as well as some medicine if you want anything?" Nic says as he shows me all my options.
"What's the heating pad do?" I ask
"It's suppose to help girls, something with relaxing your muscles." Nic responds
"Oh, c-could I have the heating pad and some of the chocolates?"
Nic gives me a big smile while coming over and sitting next to me, "Of course principessa"
Nic has plugged my heating pad in and put it on the highest setting it could go to, which leads us to where we are now. Nic, Elijah, Caleb, Axel, and even Lorenzo are all on the couch with me while watching Vampire Diaries. We had all skipped lunch, but made up for it by eating snack foods, so in a way, I did eat lunch! Although, Lorenzo did say that this is the only time I'm allowed to do this, all the other days I actually have to eat lunch.
Multiple episodes in, Lorenzo looks at his fancy watch, "Only one more episode Aria" he says
I'm about to ask him why when he raises his eyebrows signaling me to not test him. So instead I stick with a small and sad "ok"
Suddenly, I hear large feet hammer down the stairs, first with Rodrigo then Ace. "Rodrigo! Do you want to watch Vampire Diaries with us? Pleaseeeeeee?" I beg with sad eyes. I normally never ask for stuff from the boys, but I really want to watch it with him.
He lets out a sigh and puts on a small smile "Only for you my angel"
"YES!" I cheer pumping my fist up then down.
"OOO" I express sounding like a monkey. "Can you pretty please watch it with us Ace? Everyone else is and it's the last episode I'm allowed to watch, so you wont have to watch multiple episodes of it. In fact, you don't have to watch it ever again if you don't like it! Although, I don't know why you wouldn't like it since it is absolutely AMAZING!" I realize I've sort of rambled on, but continue to look at Ace with pleading eyes.
"Fine" Ace says annoyed and with a huff. "But I swear, if your hormones get the best of you and your emotions change every second then I'm out. I do not deal with women when their on their shark week. No, no, no. Somehow everything turns into a fight and the next thing I know, I'm the one who has done wrong even though I only wanted to go to a party! But no! Because Taylor wants to stay home and cuddle! I mean, do I look like a cuddle type of guy? NO! I don't even like her like that! Were just friends with benefits and that's all she's good for! I mean, who the heck does she like she is? Oh which reminds me, I totally need to get Blake to break it off for me with her since I'm too busy to care and I don't want her annoying voice screeching in my ear." Ace shivers as if he's recalling past memories. "Oh, which goes into my question of when are we leaving for dinner tonight?" Alright folks, I guess we have fully entered the mind of Ace. I guess I never realized how much this man thinks about stuff until now. And here I thought, that he didn't think at all.
