"What's that supposed to mean? You know something you don't want to tell me?" I asked with curiosity, my brows tugged together in a tight hunch, my eyes watching in confusion as he slowly stepped back. "Good night, (Y/N), sleep well." He started to distance himself and I protested with displeasure in my voice. "Hey, wait a minute — that doesn't give me an answer!" I raised my voice to further my desperate interest and waxing bewilderment.

"Remember Yuuta's right next door, you don't want to wake him do you?" He hummed with his back facing me, his words didn't go unheard and still with a hopeless sense of uncertainty, I continued to speak up.

"What!? Of course not — but you can't just leave me without an answer after leading me on for one!" My voice turned into a shoring whisper, my eyes narrowed as I stood stiffly for a response of my liking, not of which came as I was completely ignored. He soon turned around the corner with a wav and my shoulders fell downwards a huff escaping my lips.

Hopeless, I backed a few steps away from the center of the hall and slid aside my dorm door, my eyes sleepily greeted with the dark. I blinked slowly before turning the lights on and preparing myself for a long night of rest.

Slowly walking to a bench I walked with a fatigued step, my eyes darkened by circles and my expression blank. I sat down beside a familiar face I ate soy placing my head on the table with my hair randomly sprawled out.

"Someone didn't sleep well." From the observation I leaned my head up, my chin resting on the wood as I looked across with dark circles at Maki, her hand wrapped around a soda she recently opened. "It's Gojo's fault." I mumbled placing my head back down onto the table, except I turned it sideways, my cheek laying on the wood while I looked at the person beside me. Yuuta gave a nervous smile and I returned one of the best I could muster though my tiredness didn't make me seem as happy as I was to greet him.

"I tried wishing you luck." Maki added raising a brow just before placing the cold beverage on the table. After the clink I let out a huff, "Well it failed." I groaned lifting my head to rub at my eyes for the nth time, the sun was bright and bothersome — as per usual on the luminescent days. "Take it easy for the day... you may be a little more accident prone."

"More than usual?" Maki queried with a growing smirk. Lifting my head once more, I looked to her with a hopeless sigh. "I'm not that horrible..." I argued looking at the table almost shamefully, though my head hung low due to the fact u was almost too tired to hold it up.

"Well, if you're going to take today off, make yourself useful with studying." Maki stood up, pushing herself from the wood table, rolling her shoulders. I heard a few footsteps and before I could turn a deep chuckle erupted and Maki turned to face the new arriver. "Yeah, I'm sure Yuuta will help." A dark hand — or paw, landed on his shoulder and a tall bear towered over the both of us.

The boy turned his head away his face away from my view. "That has... nothing to do with this..." He eventually murmured a light pink tinting his ears. "What."

"Don't worry about it." Maki said standing beside me glaring at the two, between now and my absence something happened. Something unspoken left me curious but also wanted to leave the topic alone, Maki's narrow-eyed look she sent Panda made it clear that she was distasteful towards the mystery topic. "Perverts." She looked at them with a disgusted up-turn of her nose and looked down at them repulsed. "What...?"

"Don't worry about it, just pay attention to what you need to learn." The green-haired female said with a heavy exhale — she seemed almost disappointed and the only sound cutting the silence was a light laugh from Panda. "But I already did — that's why I was on a solo mission." I reasoned with a huff, my complaints seemingly going nowhere with her.

"Right, and how'd that turn out?"

"Not very good..."

"Exactly. You want to figure your technique out you're going to have to put work into it, mentally and physically, so get on with it." She explained with a strong and confident posture, she believed in herself and her words with a stern bravery. I looked up at her before letting out a huff and letting my shoulders fall in dismay. "Yes."

"Yes what?" She leaned over me a little bit, an intimidating strength in her manner. "Ma'am?" I responded with an unsureness, my answer making her brow twitch displeased. "I was looking for a thank you, but never mind."

Limitless. What was that again?

I was originally supposed to be finding things I didn't quite understand and touching up on my knowledge of my own ability but a distraction caused my attention to drift. Who is Gojo Satoru?

Simply put, the question almost seems odd and unnatural— he's obviously a human with super abilities that enable him to do incredible things. He's got an interesting personality and an odd fascination with sweets and souvenirs, but all in all the only thing that really defines him is the power he holds. At least, that's all that people look for and that's all that he lets show. He's a lot more secretive than what people credit him for, I only know the bare minimum of the strongest shaman to exist.

He's part of the 'big three' clans, his ability is titled Limitless, and there's way more to him than meets the eye.

From my knowledge (very little of it...) the big three clans were labeled that way for being incredibly strong families with abilities to pass down — usually (it's hard to tell with the Zen'in clan) — but coming at number one is the Gojo clan. I believe that is where the limitless technique starts, an ability passed down with great power. It's almost unfair to the rest of the world seeing as he only had to be born to practically be a deity. I've known it since day one that he was strong — there's no doubt with what I can sense and see. His confidence was way off the chart just like his energy (which he had once explained is being hidden — like a personal curtain — and it's odd that I can sense it).

But even more so intriguing when he mentioned it may have similarities to Limitless.

I hate that I've thought so much in the topic without having a firsthand idea as to what abilities a Limitless user possesses. It leaves me at dead ends a lot more than I'm okay with.

I crumpled up my hair in a ball before slouching into my chair further, my legs hanging further off the edge as my back leaned against the bottom. The endless thoughts were starting to make my head ache and I could only think so much before I got bored of the topic. And at this point, I was beyond uninterested even when I was so determined to find an answer.

I leaned up to get more comfortable and leaned my head on my arm my eyes narrowing at the unused pencil, freshly sharpened, and letting out a sigh, I flicked the object my with pointer finger before watching it fall back down to my hand. Weary, I repeated the action a few times my eyes studying the way the pencil rolled downwards, losing speed as it neared my hand.

I pursed my lips. And, again, I flicked the pencil up to the top of my desk, and like before, as it reached my finger it slowed down.

I sat up a little taller wanting to test a new thought that surface — a new possibility — when the door to the class slid aside and I abruptly looked aside, the pencil clashing to the floor. I let out a sigh and leaned to pick it up.

"Oh hey, (Y/N), what are you doing?"
