Lux's POV:

Everyday at 5pm this beautiful girl walks into the bar. I've seen her from afar, watching her puts me at ease.

The way her blue hair moves when she flips it out of her line of sight is mesmerizing.

Last week I figured out her name, it's took a  while though.

Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell.

Such a pretty name.

Her body language is different today. Looks like she's waiting for someone...

A few minutes later I see a man walk in and hug her.

He has ginger hair, with jeans and a black button up. Kinda weird looking man.

She could do better.

Thats ok though. He's next on my list.

When he made his way out of the bar I didn't waste anytime, grabbing him by the neck was almost too easy.

I pulled him into an alleyway as he screamed.

"Billie! Someone! Help!"

"If I can't have her, neither can you. I'll make her mine." I calmly tell him before slitting his throat.

It's funny to watch them try to get away after that.

The inaudible screams that come from him give me serotonin.

I see his phone being to ring.

"Bil🦦"

Aw.

"Hey, cutie." I greet with a smile.

"Uh, who's this? Where's finneas?" She asks.

I pause, her voice is more attractive than I could've ever imagined.

"Hello?" She asks again, this time laced with concern.

"Hi baby. I'm Lux." I say with a huge grin. "Finneas is..unavailable right now, but I'm here!"

"Where. Is. Finneas."

"I want you Billie. If I can't have you, neither can he." I mumble while tossing a lit match to his cold still body.

She begin to panic. "What the fuck do you mean you lunatic! That's my brother! What did you do to him!?"

Oh shit. I fucked up.

"Uh..fuck." I say as I hang up the phone.

As I drive to her apartment his phone doesn't stop ringing. Person after person calls him.

"Mom"

"Dad"

"Bil🦦"

"Clauds❤"

I pull over across the street from her apartment.

"Fuck, Fuck, Fuck!" I shout while banging my hands on the steering wheel.

I watch as an old couple and a young woman run into billies apartment complex.

Assuming that they're her parents and Claudia I sit back a watch.

As I start the car and head home I hear sirens coming our way.

I've gotta ditch the phone.

Over the years I became a bit too obsessed.

I didn't mean to kill her parents. They just...got in the way.

Same with Claudia, Zoe, Drew and other's.

I think she tried to start dating but personally, a first date was enough for me.

I finally met with her in person. Talking on a dead man's phone isn't always practical.

I caught her in an open field I'm not sure what she was doing prior to me announcing myself but that doesn't matter.

"Billie!" I call out.

She turns around frantic.

"I recognize your voice. Who are you?" She asks.

"It's Lex, baby" I say with a smile as I pull out my gun.

She freezes in fear. Unsure of what to do.

"Calm down baby. I've been trying to make you mine for what feels like forever." I say as I take the safety off the gun.

"W- what do you mean?"

If the only way that I can make her mine is through death, then so be it.

Once shock wore off she began to run.

"No, please! Someone help!" She yells.

I look around as people watch. Some are getting out their phones only to film. No one is making an effort to save her.

I shoot her in her legs and make my way over to her. Making sure to hover over her when I stop.

"No one cares, love. No one but me. Tell me you love me and I'll let you go."

She begs for her life, for me to let her go.

"Baby, breath, please. I need you to say it. Tell me you love me."

She opens her mouth and whispers. "I love you.."

I smile and kiss her while placing my gun to her temple.

"I love you too, Pirate." She begins to squirm and scream when she notices the gun.

I whisper an "I love you" before pulling the trigger.

"Even in death" I aay as I shoot myself in the same place as her.

This love has no boundaries.

This was love...right?
