"I want to go on vacations so badly." I am laying on the back of the sofa, relaxing. All these memories make me miss summer so much. I can't wait to get back on a beach.
"Me too." She frowns.
"Well." I say excited "This summer we're going big. I'm moving in a week and you are coming to visit me and we are going to have a very good time."
That makes her smile again. She sits up and her face feels with excitement. "We can rent an RV and drive around the country."
"I still need money for the moving part though" I kind of caught her wings with that statement "Plus, I will be working there."
"Bummer." she says and frown again "I want summer now."
"Well, technically, we have summer in ten days."
"No." She straight her back "It's not summer until I'm on a beach, wearing my swimsuit and drinking a beer."
I smile to the thought of that and can't wait for that time to come again. I start thinking about moments of our last summers and especially last year. It was some much fun.

The tent was starting to get really hot. I grabbed my phone to see what time it was. It was 10 o' clock. The only thing that sucks about camping is that you really cannot sleep in the morning if there is not any shadow to set up the tent. I sat up and found Marsia still sleeping next to me. How does she manage to sleep when it's that hot? I immediately wore my swimsuit and went outside. The moment I stepped out of the tent I saw the endless blue of the Mediterranean. The beach was calm and quiet, but not in a bad way. Everyone around had just woken up, so the energy of everyone on the beach was still pretty low. I'm convinced that there is nothing better for your mental health than smelling the sea the moment you wake up. Well, at least for my mental health. It's the kind of sceneries that inspires you to meditate and do yoga. Maybe I'd get to that later. At that moment I wanted to get in the water and drink something refreshing.
I found Stefanos and Orestes outside. They were sitting on the chairs we brought, drinking their coffees. Their hairs were wet, so I imagined that they had already dived into the water.
"Good morning! Where's Zoe?" I asked as I sat to the empty chair next to Orestes
Orestes took a sip of his coffee. "In the water. Marsia is still sleeping?"
I raised my hands in wonder. "I have no idea how she does it."
At that moment she stepped out of the tent trying to get her thick, blonde and long hair and dreadlocks on a bun. I was always a little jealous of her hair. Not that I didn't like mine. My hair was red to blonde ombre, kind of ginger, wavy and had decent thickness and length. It just that her hair was like those that you see on commercials for shampoo and stuff.
She cringed at the sun. "Morning." She murmured.
"Good morning sunshine!" Stefanos smiled at her.
Marsia nodded to him as she took the seat next to me. "I want coffee." She reached for Stefanos coffee and took a sip.
"Enjoying my coffee?" Stefanos asked her in sarcasm.
She gave a grimace "Could have less sugar."
"You can make one with less sugar and stop drinking mine." He took the coffee from her hands.
I laughed a little at them and got up. "I'm going in."
I got into the water and swum towards Zoe. Zoe was Orestes girlfriend but had become a good friend to all of us. Sometimes she seemed like she wasn't fitting with the rest of the group. She looked "too preppy" for some people, if that's even a thing, but she was one hell of a woman and a perfect match for Oretis. She was always so cheerful and calm.
