{Water Tribe girls just do it better 😍😍}
"They can't have gone far," you said, hopping atop Appa's head. "We'll track them down, and we'll get Aang back. We have to."
"Okay. Let's go." You pulled Katara up beside you, followed by Sokka and Yue. Katara turned to Momo, who remained motionless. "You stay here, Momo, in case Aang comes back."
Momo seemed to understand as he obediently sat down, guarding the Oasis. Under any other circumstance, you might have cracked a smile. But these were not normal circumstances.
You flicked the reins. "Yip yip."
Appa took off, and you saw that a blizzard was raging ahead. But you pushed on, desperate to find your friend. You squinted, trying to see through the thick haze. Suddenly a bright blue flash zoomed past into a cave, and Katara pointed to it.
"Look, that's gotta be Aang!"
You flew into the tunnel, seeing Zuko holding Aang by his collar. You scowled and jumped off Appa, rolling across the ground to dodge a fire blast aimed at your head. You rose again and kicked a leg out, sending a stream of flames at your opponent who grunted as he countered it with another blast.
Suddenly Zuko was hit by a water whip and knocked to the ground. He scowled at Katara who stepped up beside you.
Zuko raised his arms defensively. "Here for a rematch?"
"Trust me Zuko, it's not going to be much of a match," Katara replied. She used her waterbending to launch Zuko into the air before plummeting him down to the ground, knocking him out.
Sokka ran over to try and untie Aang. "Wow, this is some good quality rope."
As you used your firebending to burn the bonds, Aang turned to all of you with a serious expression. "We need to get to the oasis; the spirits are in trouble!"
Once he was freed from the rope, Aang airbended himself onto Appa. He glanced at Zuko, who was still unconscious on the floor, and something guilty crossed his face. "Wait, we can't just leave him here."
"Sure we can," Sokka said. "Let's go."
"No, if we leave him, he'll die," Aang argued.
"Not this again," you groaned, remembering having this exact same conversation when you discovered that Zuko was the Blue Spirit. You couldn't change Aang's mind then, and you highly doubted you'd have any success now either.
So you grabbed Zuko and roughly hauled him onto Appa's saddle before leaping up yourself. Aang nodded to you before flicking Appa's reins, and you took off.
"Yeah, this makes a lot of sense. Let's bring the guy who's constantly trying to kill us," Sokka commented sarcastically, and you had to agree with him there.
As you soared through the sky, the moon turned red. Aang and Yue grabbed their heads, and you looked at them with concern.
"Are you okay?" Sokka asked Yue, also worried.
"I feel faint," she replied, looking to be in pain.
"I feel it too," Aang said, rubbing his bald head with one hand. "The Moon Spirit is in trouble."
"I own the Moon Spirit my life," Yue said quietly.
Sokka frowned, confused. "What do you mean?"
"When I was born I was very sick and very weak. Most babies cry when they're born, but I was born as if I was asleep, my eyes closed. Our healers did everything they could. They told my mother and father I was going to die. My father pleaded with the spirits to save me. That night, beneath the full moon, he brought me to the oasis and placed me in the pond. My dark hair turned white. I opened my eyes and began to cry, and they knew I would live. That's why my mother named me Yue. For the moon."
