Chapter 14

BIBLE'S POV

I'm in the middle of a phone call when Bui came into my office with a beautiful smile plastered on his face.

He looks very energetic today.

"Bib, I'm so happy," and he even spin around holding the long black skirt he was wearing.

I didn't notice he was holding a folder until he place it on my office table.

"What this?" I asked him with the same energy as him.

"Open it," then he smiled cheerfully

I thought he was going to show me a verification form that he is pregnant again but no.

My world turns crumbles down after reading the paper inside of it.

Annulment

My body starts shaking upon reading that word.

"Bib, I'm happy we are back together. Please sign it. I know you've been waiting for this day too." he told me with eagerness in his voice, then handed me a pen.

I didn't take the pen cause I'm not planning on signing that damn paper.

"No, I can't Bui. I cannot sign it." then I tear off the paper into tiny pieces.

"What the hell did you do?" Bui shouted at me with horror on his face upon seeing the annulment paper that now turns into small pieces.

"I'm sorry Bui, please don't do this to me. I'm begging you," I kneeled on the floor trying to plead with him because I can't live without him anymore.

"Bib, we talk about this already, and both of us agree to it." he pushed me hard until my back falls on the cold floor.

I got up and crawled to him and hug his legs.

"I love you, Bui, please don't leave me,"

"But I don't love you Bib, I love Mile, he is the love of my life," he shouted again and remove my hands from him.

"No, no, no, please... Don't leave me," I keep on begging him while my tears were gushing out my eyes like waterfalls.

"I can't stay with you anymore with you Bib, he accepted BiBu already.  We are going to live like a family now,"

His words keep tearing me apart over and over again.

And the pain that I'm feeling inside me now is unbearable.

Then he runs to the door but looks at me for one last time.

"Goodbye, Bib. With or without your signature I'm still going to leave you, and go back to Mile," then he closed the door with a loud thud.

"Noooooooooooooooo, Bui please come back to me. I need you, and I love you so much," I scream at top of my lungs.

After that, I felt someone hitting on my legs. I slowly open my eyes and see BiBu holding a small stick in his hands.

"Daddy wake up," BiBu keeps hitting my legs.

I suddenly get panicked and try to get up but felt dizzy afterward so I fall back on the bed.

My body felt like a wilted vegetable, and my head started throbbing in pain.

Then I heard BiBu run outside and called Bui.

"Papa, Daddy is awake," I heard him shout.

Not long when an angry Bui and BiBu came in.

Now, I wanted to hug him but I fall back again when I tried to get up from the bed for the second time.
