A loud blaring sound fills my ears, pulling me back from the darkness and I groan, extending my hand trying to feel my phone on my bedside table and silence it.

Suddenly, my memory is flooded with the events of the day and I shoot up. I'm hungover and basically the most disgraceful Luna in history but I wouldn't let that stop me, even if it feels like someones driving a dagger through my brain. I slide off the bed and wander downstairs to get some water from the fridge and after chugging that bottle, I refilled it and went upstairs to have a cold shower. I scrubbed and scraped even the tiniest scent of vodka off me, chugging mouthwash and brushing my teeth. When I finally felt clean, I wandered into my room and emptied the bag of clothes onto my bed. I slipped on the lingerie and pulled myself into the dress frantically. I sat down, the clock against me, digging the pearls the Luna gave me and put the earrings on leaving my chest bare. I slapped on some natural makeup and some light brown shadow with blended dark brown liner and put on some pinky-red natural lipstick. 5 minutes to go, I was surprised he wasn't here yet, he's usually early. I fetched a purse and some white stilettos from my wardrobe, shoving all kinds of shit in my purse, anything I might possibly need when I hear the doorbell ring downstairs. I run down the stairs, slipping into my heels and opening the door but when I look up I don't see Adam, I see Raphael.

He looks me up and down, appearing shocked, probably because I'm wearing white. He eyes me more, lingering for longer than what's appropriate, his gaze always makes me feel shy so I blush, heat swarming my cheeks. He looks into my eyes, muttering. "You look-." He clears his throat. "Nice," he croaks out his eyes defocusing.

"Thanks, you too," I say curtly. He was wearing a sharp black suit with a black tie, black being the traditional colour for an Alpha. His eye still had a purple gash below and some swelling but it was barely noticeable next to his sparkling eyes.

He pulls his hand out from behind his back to reveal a pair of black stilettos like the ones I left in the Limo on my date.

"I believe these are yours," he says and I take the heels placing them down by the door, thanking him for their return. He steps to the side, allowing me to walk past him and I head towards the Luna's black Bentley I see parked in the drive, Raphael following behind me.

"Wait," he says and my body halts at his command while he approaches me from behind, getting close. "Your dress is unzipped." His hand slides down to the zip, at the bottom curve of my back. I feel his fingers trace the curve of my back and he pulls the zip upwards, stopping at the top, his skin touching mine making me shiver. I close my eyes. His neck bends and his head approaches my neck, my head subconsciously tilting to the left, baring my neck to him. He pauses, and suddenly retreats his head and removes his hand from my back. "Adam sends his apologies, he's been held up so my mother sent me to pick you up." He walks in front of me and holds the backdoor open for me while my eyes flicker open, following him and entering the car. He takes his seat next to me and the driver leaves. We sit in silence. I'm not kidding, absolute silence. I look out the window, watching the short journey to the beautiful house.

We get there quickly and this time I open my own door before Raph can make it round and slam it, thanking the driver and quickly walking into the house, the front door opening before I can even knock, a butler holding it open and greeting me. I smile politely and head towards the chatter, Raphael following behind me. I see Anna and Natalie chatting to the Luna so I head towards them and the Luna notices me.

"Reine dear, don't you look beautiful, I couldn't have dressed you better myself."

Anna and Natalie seemed shocked at first to see me in white as the Luna herself isn't wearing white but a pastel pink colour however after the Luna's complement they seem to sigh a breath of relief.
