High School DxD: Reborn Once Again

Chapter 3

A young boy was heading to school on his first day. He was five years old with dark brown with a happy smile on his face.

He entered his first school which he saw several kids. The teachers were asking the kids names and were given directions where to go.

The young boy stood in front of the teacher.

The teacher asked, "What your name?"

The boy responded with a smile, "Issei Hyoudou."

The teacher gave him a sheet of paper of his classes. The teachers guide Issei to his homeroom.

Once he entered Issei noticed several kids were already start having friends. Issei went to his desk where had his name on. To his amusement it was behind the class corner next to a window.

Issei took off his backpack and placed behind his chair. Issei sat on his chair. He wondered why he had his last name as Hyoudou.

Flashback

Issei was playing with toys cars in the living room as Rias was cooking a meal for both them.

Issei stood up and started walking towards Rias. He tugged Rias apron and Rias looks at him.

Rias asked with a smile, "What is it Issei?"

Issei spoke with curiosity, "Why part of my name is Hyoudou?"

Rias was quiet for a moment in that moment. Rias remembered that her lover died in her arms. She wanted to cry but she remembered Issei in front of her is almost like him.

Rias responded, "Well. I found you alone in the night. I decided to take care of you. So maybe your parents placed your name like that."

Issei hugged Rias and spoke, "I'm glad."

Rias crouch to Issei level and hugged Issei tightly. Rias was wanting to cry but she felt like Issei was him.

End of flashback

Issei was waiting for class to start. He never called Rias as mother as Rias didn't called Issei as son. The way they communicate was natural to them.

The bell ring as the class was starting. A female teacher entered the classroom. With glasses with black hair with a bob cut.

The teacher spoke, "Hello students this is my first year teaching. You can call me Ms. Sitori." Then she gave a slight bow.

Issei looks at his teacher then his mind went blank. In his mind he felt he seen her before wearing a school uniform.

Issei spoke to himself, "Why I feel I had a connection with her?"

He shook off the idea and tried concentrating. Sona began to look at every student and lastly she spotted Issei.

Sona spoke to herself, "No way. He looked like Issei himself. I heard he was killed by a stray devil."

Sona looks at his name which was exactly as Issei Hyoudou. Sona was wanting to hug Issei on the spot but she stopped herself because it could be a different person.

There was something that shocked Sona  she sense a sacred gear in Issei that hasn't awoken.

Sona spoke to herself, "You are something else Issei. I wonder what you turned out to be."

After class it was lunch break. Sona was at the teachers room break. Issei took out his bento that was made from Rias. Issei took out his chopsticks and began eating his lunch.

As he was eating he realized that everyone was eating with someone talking. He was all eating alone no one to talk to. He didn't mind much since he was used to he alone.

After finishing his bento he took a notebook and began draw which was his hobby. As he was drawing he began to think what else to draw something unique.

Issei began to draw a dragon but somehow it was very detailed. Then he took his color pencils and began to color them.

After ten minutes Issei was able to complete his drawing. He felt pride drawing his masterpiece. His drawing was a red dragon. Issei took his drawing and safely pit in his binder.

After lunch the class resumed to normal. Then the class was taken to recess. Kids were playing ball or other games. Since Issei was alone he had nobody to play so he decided to train his strength.

A kid at his age wouldn't think to exercise but the force inside of Issei was telling him to train his body.

Issei went to the monkey bars and began to do pull ups. The few first days were difficult for Issei since he doesn't have much strength in his body. As days went by Issei was able to get better.

Sona was watching Issei for a while. She knew it wasn't normal for a kid to exercise to gain strength. She debating to either Issei to awake his sacred gear or not.

As few months passed Issei continue to train his body. His strength began to surpass of a normal kid. Sona watch Issei as she debating she remembered when Issei was killed by the fallen angel. She won't let that mistake happen again in her life.

First she needed to be alone with Issei with a excuse. Then idea came to her mind.

After the school bell rang every kid was hurriedly getting back home. Issei was packing his stuff then Sona approached him.

Sona spoke with a serious tone, "Issei we need to talk."
