In the underworld world can be heard explosions and people screaming in pain or in agony. Which seems they were trying to take down a monster.

What they are trying to kill is someone smaller than them. A teenager was using balor view to freeze time. It was Gasper causing destruction everywhere he went killing people left and right who tries to kill him.

Gasper was able escape prison by playing dead for days. He was letting out his anger looking for the ones who killed Issei.

Meanwhile in a capital Sirzerks was in meeting with the maus. He was having anger expression.

Sirzerks spoke with a agitated tone, "Why always bad news. Gasper escape from the prison now looking for us. The assassination was a failure of the red dragon Emperor."

Beelzabub spoke, "I know Sirzerks but no one know if the red dragon Emperor is planing to attack us. There been no news in the town for the entire day."

"Oh maybe they are being lazy. We need to deal with Gasper first." Serafall spoke.

They all nodded and began to plan to kill Gasper.

In the human world where Issei lived. There was a massacre bodies with stab wounds and claw marks.

It was night time Issei was flying around town hunting any biblical factions parties. He finds groups five to twenty people.

Issei found a group of fifteen in a building so he decided to crash in. He went through the window shattering it. Everyone was jump away with their weapons.

A angel spoke, "Who are you?!"

Issei spoke with a grin, "I'm the red dragon Emperor."

Issei took out his boosted gear which everyone was afraid. He took out Ascalon on his left hand. His other hand his finger made into claws.

Issei spoke, "Should we dance?"

Everyone charge at Issei which he smiled. After a few minutes everyone was killed laying on the bloody floor.

Issei spoke, "Easier than I thought. The night is long and young. I won't stop until every one of them is dead."

Issei jumps out of the building and spread his dragon wings to find more people to kill.

After a few days in the underworld Gasper was seem sitting on top of a cliff with blood covered his clothes.

Gasper spoke, "Issei my friend. Rias. I'll continue to hunt till I avenge Issei's death till I die."

Gasper got on his feet and spread his wings and flew to kill more devils.

Sirzerks was again in a another meeting with the biblical factions. Michael, Gabriel, Azazel, Baraqiel, and the three Maous.

Michael spoke, "I heard that things are going bad."

"Yeah it is. We heard nothing from the party station in the town. It been a week." Sirzerks spoke.

Azazel spoke with carefree tone, "Maybe red dragon Emperor killed them."

Michael spoke, "Isn't the red dragon Emperor is a child. Unless Sona and her peerage are on to something which is highly unlikely."

Serafall spoke, "Unless we send one of us to figure it out."

Gabriel spoke with sad face, "Why hunt the red dragon Emperor plus a child?"

"Sis. Is the greater good for us. Driag will come for vengeance and he'll influence the kid to kill us. Also Vali explained that the kid is powerful but doesn't have experience." Michael responded.

Gabriel spoke, "I don't why I came. I'll return home."

Gabriel left the meeting and went to heaven.

Sirzerks spoke, "I suggest Baraqiel should go with a large party. You must find out why it got slient. If you can't handle return."

Baraqiel simply nodded without emotion and left.

Azazel spoke, "Don't worry about my friend. He's shocked by Issei's death."

Everyone else simply nod at Azazel remark,

Baraqiel within a half of the day gathered a huge party of biblical factions and teleported to the town. Once reaching to the town at night he seems that the activity is silent. Baraqiel ordered the troops to scatter to cover ground. Around three o'clock of the morning everyone was spread out. Then suddenly a bright red streak came down and began to kill everyone on sight.

Baraqiel heard the news decided to face the threat that was killing the troops. He saw an adult in red armor killing the troops. The enemy stab a angel in its heart killing it instantly.

Baraqiel spoke in anger, "Red dragon! Come and face me!"

Issei noticed Baraqiel and spoke, "A fight you'll get."

Issei charged at Baraqiel and punched him in the gut sending him flying to the ground. Baraqiel felt the pain and got on his feet with his wings out and made multiple light spears in the air.

"Tell me how is your daughter Akeno?" Issei asked.

Baraqiel froze and decided ask, "How do you know I'm her father?"

"Hm. Your daughter was part of something horrible of eight years ago." Issei responded.

"that dosen't answer my question!" Baraqiel yelled.

"Would your dead wife will be upset of Akeno that she did?" he asked. 

Baeaqiel yelled in rage and threw the light spears at Issei, "Don't bring my wife in it!"

Issei dodged the spears with ease and Baraqiel made two light spears in his hand and began to charge at Issei. He started to wing the spears at Issei but Issei continued to dodge. Issei took his claws and cut Baraqiel leg. Baraqiel fell on the ground injured and looked at Issei hoping a quick death.

Issei looked at him with pity and spoke, " I won't kill you because you weren't there when I died."

Baraqiel was shocked by what he heard that red dragon emperor supposed to be a kid but was a adult. Now facing him that saying he wasn't there that he died. Issei made his helmet disappeared.

Baraqiel spoke, "Y-you. A kid. Your a-alive."

Issei spoke, "Yes. I'm Issei. I was reborn. I was the kid. First let me heal you."

Issei took a phonix tear and placed on Baraqiel wound and healed it.

Issei spoke, "Listen carefully. I was killed by the factions leaders and my loved ones left me for Vali and Kiba. Rias mourned my death. Long story short I was revived by Great red in order to protect the ones I was care about. Sooner or later I'll come to face who wronged me especially Akeno." 

Baraqiel was in shocked but had no words to say. Issei started to explained the day he died and till date. 

Baraqiel spoke, "Issei I beg of you to spare Akeno from your wrath."

Issei spoke, "Though you and I didn't got along great but I'll spare her life but she won't go away without consequences. Another thing tell them the red dragon emperor killed your group and left the town."

Baraqiel nodded with a clear mind but noticed that his group was wiped out completely. He has no choice but leave to the underworld. Issei had to return home and glad some people still care about him. 

Issei spoke, "At least we bought time until I have to face them."
