Wes's POV

I decided to opt out of the tour after everything that happened, we refunded all the tickets and the fans were unhappy to say the least. I couldn't leave Ari after what had just happened, she needed me now more than ever.

I walked up the stairs with a tray with breakfast on it, I opened the door and Ari was still sleeping. She hadn't been sleeping much at all lately, she would wake up at least two times a night with nightmares.

I knew she was going to counseling trying to help with everything that was going on. I kissed her forehead and she stirred, "I made you breakfast," I said smiling. She opened her beautiful blue eyes and covered her face with the blanket.

"Babe come on I worked hard on this," I said making a pouty face at her. "Mmm fine," she said throwing the covers off her head. I smiled and grabbed the tray off the dresser and set it in her lap. "I have a couple meetings today but, when I come home we can watch movies if you want," I said sitting on the bed next to her.

"Can we cuddle?" She said taking a bite of the pancakes. "Duh," I said smiling at her. We had the funeral service for Bella about two months ago, Ari was not doing so well since then. She mostly stayed at the house, she had signed up for some college classes but then dropped out of them.

Most of the time when I came home she was laying on the cough with a box of tissues and was crying. I felt awful, I was trying so hard to be there for her but I didn't know what else to do. "So do you wanna try and get out of the house today?" I said looking at her.

She stopped eating and leaned back, "I should I know.." she said looking down. "Hey you don't have to do anything you aren't comfortable doing," I said grabbing her chin and pulling her eyes up to meet mine. "No, let's get out today. Let's go surfing," she said getting out of the bed.

"Really?" I said cocking my head to the side. "Yeah! I need to get out of here," she said taking off her pjs and turning on the shower. I watched as she got in, a smiled and got up. When I walked over I saw her leaning her head on the shower wall, she was crying.

My smile soon faded and I took my clothes off and got in the shower with her. I wrapped my arms around her waist and she covered her face with her hands. "Wes what's wrong with me," she said shaking her head.

I spun her around so she was facing me and I pried her hands off her face. "You are someone who is hurting, you have every single right to be hurting Ari. You need to take all the time you need, but you are also a strong amazing wonderful girl that I love with all my heart," I said looking into her eyes and meaning every word.

For the first time in a long time I saw a genuine grin form on her beautiful face. "I love you," she said connecting our lips and walking me into the shower wall. I placed my hands on her lower back and I kissed her neck. I felt her body tense up and I said, "Ari we don't have to do this," I said looking right at her.

"No I want to, I want to feel again she said reconnecting our lips." We were laying on the bed, she was leaning on my chest and staring up at the ceiling. I was playing with her hair and kissing her forehead.

"You know I love you right?" She said looking up at me. "Of course," I said leaning down and kissing her lips. "You wanna go surfing?" She said. "Only if you're up for it," I said.

"I'm up for it," she said getting up and walking to the closet. She put on a bikini and grabbed her wetsuit. "Get up babe," she said pulling on my arm.

I groaned and got up and put swim trunks on and grabbed my wetsuit as well. We grabbed our boards and put them on my car and drove to the beach.

Ari's POV

When we arrived at the beach I sat in the car staring out at the sand. Wes grabbed my hand and looked at me, "Are you ready?" He said.

I nodded my head yes, unbuckling my seatbelt and opening the door. We grabbed our boards and the towels and walked down to a secluded area.

We put our wetsuits on and walked towards the water, as soon as the water touched my toes I felt like I was home. I ran with my board into the water and hopped on it, swimming out.

As I saw a wave approaching I got ready, I stood up and rode the wave. A smile creeped across my face and for the first time in a long time it felt real.

I looked over at my husband sitting on his board watching me with one of his million dollar smiles on. I rode wave after wave, I ate it a few times but that was a given.

Wes swam over to me as I sat on my board watching the sun going down. He got off his board and got on mine, he sat behind me placing his hands on my hips.

"You looked happy out there, you tore it up," he said. "I felt actual joy out there today," I said smiling. I felt tears escape my eyes, and Wes kissed my cheek.

I spun around so I was facing him, I pushed him off the board. He flew backwards and into the water. I began to swim away quickly, "Come back here!" He said yelling at me.

I knew he would catch me, he was much faster than me. I swam fast but he was faster. I splashed water at him and he grabbed the end of my board tipping me.

I fell into the water and swam to the surface, he was laughing. I swam under his board and dumped him over, I swam towards my board when I felt a pair of arms grab my waist.

"AH," I screamed as Wes spun me around so I was facing him. The sun was setting and Wes looked perfect. This boy was mine forever.

He leaned in and pressed our lips together, I kissed him and then pulled away making a run for the shore. I picked up my board and swam to where I could touch the ground.

I ran across the sand as Wes ran after me. "COME BACK HERE," he said chasing after me. I threw my board on the sand and continued to run but, he grabbed my waist and I tripped.

He threw his body under mine and I landed on his with a great thud. "Ouch," Wes said breathing out quickly. "Ouch for you? No ouch for me! I feel like I just ran into a brick wall!!" I said chuckling.

"I'll take that as a compliment," he said smiling down at me. I leaned up and pressed my lips to his, then I heard a bunch of people.

When I looked up I saw a bunch of reporters with cameras running towards Wes and I. "Babe we gotta go," I said getting up and grabbing his hand.

"Yes, yes we do," he said grabbing his board and mine as I grabbed the towels and car keys. We made a break for the car and the reporters followed.

We strapped the boards in quick and wrapped ourselves in towels hopping in the car. "WES! ARI!" They shouted as we drove away.

"Hahahaha," I said started laughing, Wes laughed too. We drove to IHOP and decided to get pancakes. As we were eating I felt nauseous, I stopped eating and Wes looked at me confused.

"Are you okay? You always eat all of your pancakes," he said looking at me concerned. "I'm fine, my stomach is just upset," I said smiling at him.

"You wanna go home?" He said. "Finish your food babe," I said smiling. He looked at me and I gestures towards his food, he finished and we got his car.

I was hoping by the time we got home my stomach would be better but, I was wrong. I walked in the house and ran to the bathroom, I fell to the floor opening the toilet.

Wes walked in behind me and grabbed my hair and rubbed my back. What the heck was going on with me? Stomach flu? I couldn't stop throwing up, Wes sat on the bathroom floor with me all night.

Wes's POV

Ari finally stopped throwing up and we were laying on the bathroom floor. I was stroking her head and rubbing her belly. She was snoring against my chest, I wonder what was wrong with her.
