Chapter 10: Nightmares Do Come True

~Arielle's POV~ 

I started to fall asleep on Wes, my eyes were drooping and then a few minutes later my phone started to ring. I looked at the caller ID and saw it was Drew, I was slightly confused. I grabbed my phone and clicked the answer button, I couldn't understand what Drew was saying but he sounded flustered. 

"Drew! Slow down I can't understand what you are saying!" "Arielle...Bella isn't at the house...she is gone..someone took her..." My heart sank, my chest tightened up and my jaw dropped open. My dad took Bella, he told me if he couldn't have me he would take her. 

I can't believe this was happening to me, Wes pulled me around to face him. He grabbed my chin and gently shut my mouth, he picked up the phone off my lap and talked to Drew. "What, are you fucking kidding me? Who the fu-" "My dad..He must have taken her...He was the only person.." 

"How? How could he possibly know where she was?" "He knows people, everywhere. I don't know where they could be, what if he hurts her!" Tears were running down my face, Wes reached out and wiped them away. 

"Babe we are going to find her, that bastard won't her. Drew? See if you can get any information out of those ladies at the front desk, Arielle and I are leaving right now, we will see you in about forty minutes. Wes got off the couch and took my hand in his, "Keaton!" 

I heard footsteps and Keaton came out of his room with messy hair. "I need you to do me a favor bro." "Arielle are you okay?" He completely ignored his brothers question and ran down the stairs towards me, "Keaton focus! Bella was taken by Arielle's dad, we need to find her." 

"How can I help?" "Babe, do you have your dads number still." I nodded, "Okay give it to Keaton, he has a friend that can track the number. How long will it take?" "I'm really not sure..it could take hours...days.." 

"Just ask your friend if he can do it fast, this is a little girls life on the line!" He squeezed my hand tighter and then we turned around towards the door. "I will call you with any news, good luck and be careful." "Thanks Keats, I will call you if we find her or get any information." I gave him a half smile before we left. 

The car ride started out pretty silent, then Wes put some music on and sang too me. 

I wish I could do better by you cause that's what you deserve, 

you sacrifice so much of your life, in order for this to work,

while I'm chasing my own dreams, sailing around the world, 

please know that I'm yours too keep my beautiful girl. 

His voice was the only thing keeping me sort of calm at this point, I was still shocked at the whole situation. Where would he have taken her? I was trying to run over all the possibilities in my head, I couldn't really think of anywhere he would take her. 

I was getting so scared now, what if he hurt her? I bet she was so confused and scared right now. Wes grabbed my hand and rubbed his thumb over my hand. I was so glad he was here, he was keeping me sane. 

We reached the little home, when we pulled into the house I got out of the car fast. I was breathing pretty heavily, I leaned against the car and doubled over trying to breath. Wes ran over to me and rubbed my back trying to comfort me. 

"Just breathe baby...Everything will be okay, just breathe.." After about a minute I could breathe again, I grabbed his hand and he laced his fingers through mine. We walked into the house and found Drew talking to the ladies at the front. 

One of the older women recognized me and smiled. I saw her every time I came to get Bella, we had good conversations and she always promised to look after Bella for me. I walked over to the desk and Drew looked so upset. 

His eyes were red and puffy and he was breathing heavily. I grabbed him and wrapped him into a hug, "I'm so sorry Arielle, I should have gotten here sooner. It's all my fa-" "Hey stop it right now, none of this is your fault!" 

"I'm going to talk to them and maybe I can find out where they went." I let go of Drew and he walked over to Wes. "Hi Ms.Parson." "Hello dear." I pulled out my phone and said, "Is this the man Bella left with?" She nodded at the picture and then looked at me quizzically. 

"That's your dad, he showed us papers everything." "Yeah he is our dad, a horrible one. He recently got out of jail, I don't even know how he managed that one. He took Bella and I'm afraid he is going to hurt her. Do you know where they went?" 

Ms.Parson looked horrified she stood there and all the color drained from her face. "I-I-I had no idea he was a bad man, I'm so sorry dear if I had known I would have never let him leave with her." "It's not your fault I would have done the same thing. Did he mention where they were going?" 

She stood there and her face crinkled up, she looked like she was thinking. "No. He didn't. I'm no help, I'm so terribly sorry dear." "It's okay, we will find her." I turned away and all hope I had, it crumbled. Now what the hell where we supposed to do? 

We had no idea where he took her, she could be out of the state for all we know. I ran to Wes and cried into his chest. As I was crying I felt my phone vibrating violently in my pocket. I pulled away from Wes and checked my phone, I was not expecting the call I was getting. 

It was my dad...I answered it, "H-h-hello?" "Oh Arielle, hi! Looking for your sister Bella? She's with me, you are so stupid sometimes I swear haha." "You fucking prick, you bring her back to me. YOU CAN'T TAKE CARE OF HER, SHE HATES YOU!" 

"Arielle?" I heard a shrill little voice it sounded like Bella. "Bella Bear, is that you?" "Arielle I'm scared..Daddy has been drinking he is acting crazy. He says we are going on adventure and no one will ever find us..Ari I want you to be here.." 

My heart sank, her words broke my heart. Where was he taking her? And on top of it he was drinking, that made him so angry. "Bella I need you to try and tell me where you are." "Daddy I want to talk to her!" "No you can't! Give me the phone damn it Bella!" 

I heard a cry for help and then the phone went silent. "BELLA. BELLA ANSWER ME!" The line went dead, I dropped my phone and started to sob. Wes grabbed me and pulled me into his chest. All the nightmares I had in the past where now seeming to come true. 

Hey guys! This chapter is a complete twist and I hoped you enjoyed it. I know it's kind of short, I don't know when I will be updating next, hopefully soon but I have a lot of projects to do and finals next week. So no one knows where Bella is, and now her dad is possibly lashing out at her. Hope you all are doing wonderful, love you all! -Kenzie <3
