Today's the first day back to school after the Holidays and I'm excited to see all my friends again. I headed downstairs for something to drink and stood there when I entered was Josh, he lifted his head and stared for a moment before smiling.

"what's up Little sis" He asked with a smile

"um nothing just getting ready to head out" I smiled back and then a blonde girl walk in and went right over to Josh and put her arm around him.

"oh right, Lexy this is Freya" Josh said and then I realized.

"oh so you're the famous Freya" I laughed and hugged her 

"thanks it's nice to finally meet you Lexy, Josh tells me so much" Freya said very nicely.

well we will have to catch up later I got to head out" I said and they both nodded and waved bye as I was out the front door and I wound up bumping in to someone.

"hey watch out, I'm right here" they said before turning around

"I'm sor... Simon" I said and he just stood there.

"um... I" I tried to say something but he just pushed by me and went inside and it felt like my world just came crashing down. I walked to my car and drove to school.

"hey guys" I ran up to my friends and the boys were shocked to see us girls together.

"wait you two are good now, since when" Eli asked and the girls and I smiled and laughed.

"come on boys nothing can keep the trio apart" Allison laughed 

"well we're glad to hear it" Justin exclaimed and we all did a group hug and headed inside.

"so Lexy is it true what everyone is saying" Lucas asked and I was confused

"what do you mean" I asked and the boys looked at me weirdly

"well what is it please" I ask starting to get annoyed and yet all they could do was put their heads down in silence and now I was furious

"Lucas just tell her please we don't need to be fighting" Kayli said and Lucas shook his head and took his phone out and head it to me. I took it and read some post made by kids from our school saying ugly things about me.

That was even all of them, they get worse and I just couldn't take it. How did everyone find out about this. I just wanted to run away and never come back.

"Lex, are you okay" Allison asked softly and I shook my head and handed Lucas back his phone.

"are you sure" Eli asked as he put a arm around me, that's when all the dirty looks started. just then the doors opened and came in was My brother and his friends, of course my eyes went directly to Simon yet he did look at me when they passed by I mean I could say this is what I wanted, I mean for him to not talk to me or notice me like we never existed to each other, but I didn't feel happy or relief for some reason and I can't explain what I feel But it' something new and different.

"Lexy hey, you good" Allison said waving her hand in my face.

"w...what" I stuttered and they all looked at me confused.

"you sure you're okay" Justin asked and I shook my head and look over and saw the boys standing by their lockers and my eyes met Simons for the first time since we arrived back. we locked our eyes for a good moment and for a second I saw a little smile appear on his lips and in that moment I wanted to run up to him and kiss him more than ever, until he walked away with his friends and left.

"u..um come on we're gonna be late" I said and they all nodded and we made our way to class.

After school I decided just to go straight home, I arrived and parked my car and headed inside realizing it was super quiet in this house.

"Josh, are you here" I yelled but didn't get a reply.

"Ethan, Harry" I yelled for the other one but no one answered so I headed towards the stairs, as I turned the corner I ran into someone.

"yo watch it" they said and I recognized the voice and I started shaking.
